Great staff

Pros: If you stay at Fermes dhotes berghali, you will need a car. Otherwise, you are left to the vagaries of negotiating taxis, or the randomness of bus L27 which takes 45-60 minutes to reach the city. The hotel is situated about 13km away from the centre. The rooms are basic (no TV, no facilities for making drinks etc) but they are clean and comfortable. I had problems with my shower and heating but the staff fixed them almost immediately. I had dinner there a couple of times and it was simple, hearty food for only a few dhiram. The structure is amazing and is used for hosting events, but what struck me the most was the kindness and willingness of the staff to make sure everything was OK but you will need a car.

Cons: The location. It's 13km from the city centre.

Pros: Very spacious and clean, Ali, Mohamed and Fatima were all very accommodating and welcoming and had a friendly family vibe. Fatima’s Moroccan cooking was beautiful, Cannot thank them all enough as when i fell ill they personally took me to the hospital and fought my corner even let us stay longer without charge thank you all so much we would have been stuck without you! Amazing people!!

Cons: Only thing was the location being a bit far from the city other than that can not fault this hotel

Pros: The hotel was amazing, the room was very nice and large. It had the great views of the pool. Mohammed was great also, he helped us with our bags and calling taxi every time we wanted to go out. Even though the place was far from the medina, Mohammed made it very easy for us to go there everyday by calling and negotiating fair taxi prices. The breakfast was really good too, we could barely finish the food.

An impeccable stay with outstanding hospitality.

Pros: We have just returned from a wonderful 2-day stay at Berghali Maison d'Hôte and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the impeccable cleanliness of the entire property. Our room was spotless, and the swimming pool area was exceptional. The true highlight of our stay, however, was the staff. Mohamed, Ali, and Fatima Ezzahra were the heart and soul of the place. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality made us feel not just like guests, but like friends. Thank you for a truly relaxing and memorable experience. We will definitely be returning.

Pros: El personal muy amable. Nos han regalado una SIM local y se han preocupado de recargarla para poder tener conexión a Internet durante el viaje. Les avisamos con poco tiempo y nos prepararon la cena sin problema. Habitación muy espaciosa. Y no es lejos del centro en coche y tiene parking privado! :)

Pros: Très bon séjour, super personnel, cadre super agréable, la ferme est à 20min de Marrakech

Pros: Nous avons apprécié la très grande amabilité du personnel, s'adaptant toujours à notre demande. La cuisine est familiale, de qualité. Le petit déjeuner est lui aussi un délice, un vrai jus d'orange, des crêpes, du miel ... Le décor est magnifique, un grand espace avec une très belle décoration. Nous recommandons vivement.

Pros: L’accueil et l’attention sont incroyables au point de nous faire sentir comme à la maison.

Toller Aufenthalt

Pros: Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft! Sauber, gemütlich und es fehlt an nichts. Motorrad konnte ich sicher auf dem Parkplatz des Riads im Hof parken. Essen war sehr gut.

Pros: Das Personal war super freundlich und die Anlage schön gestaltet. Das typisch marokkanische Frühstück hat uns gut geschmeckt. Auf Einschränkungen aufgrund von Allergien wurde eingegangen.

Cons: Das Licht im Zimmer war sehr duster. Es gab keine wirklichen Fenster.
