Exceptional Comfort and Warm Hospitality

Pros: The hosts were warm, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and abundant, offering a wide variety to start the day perfectly. The rooftop offered a charming, relaxing space. The riad is new, clean, and peaceful, creating the perfect environment to unwind and enjoy a comfortable stay.

Pros: I booked my last night here and at first I was a bit scared it might be a scam… but I was pleasantly shocked: it’s honestly the best Riad I’ve stayed in. Everything is brand new, clean, beautifully decorated, and I was lucky to be one of the first guests. I was treated like a real princess from beginning to end. A big thank you to Saida and her whole team — they are truly lovely, helpful, and welcoming. The Riad is very well located, just a few steps from the Ben Youssef Madrasa, and the driver drops you off one minute away on foot, which is very rare in the medina. The breakfast is 100% Moroccan, fresh, generous, and delicious. I really felt well taken care of. Honestly, I recommend this Riad with my eyes closed. I will definitely come back.

Amazing

Pros: What a wonderful stay. Saida, Brahim, and their team treated us like members of their own family. We were taken care of from the moment we arrived, with suggestions for visits, information about taxi prices, and guidance on which excursions to consider during our stay. The Riad has only been open for a few weeks, and the place is comfortable, clean, and very safe. Brahim served us a delicious breakfast on the terrace, which we greatly appreciated. The Riad is perfectly located for walking to all the main sites. It is situated in a part of the old medina that is less touristy, yet still very safe both day and night. Thank you to the entire team at Riad Lalla Fatima for giving us such an extraordinary Moroccan experience. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Very Nice

Pros: The calme atmosphère along with thé very kind and helpful staff , made our stay very plaisant. The breakfast was délicieuse and varied . The room was clean an confortable . Juste 8 minute walk from de ben Youssef School and very close to the main touriste circuit of the Medina

Pros: Nos encantó el personal, súper amables, el desayuno riquísimo y con variedad. Además la decoración es preciosa. Nos gustó muchísimo unos dulces que nos ofrecieron con un té nada más llegar, los estuvimos buscando por todo Marrakech y en ningún sitio encontramos debido a que son postres que hacen las mujeres en casa. DELICOSOS!

Cons: Lo único, por poner cualquier cosa, es que el primer día para llegar nos perdimos muchísimo, estuvimos más de dos horas dando vueltas porque aquí el Google map no funciona bien y un hombre muy amable nos acompañó ayudándonos. Y para añadir algo, le faltaría un espejo de cuerpo entero

Pros: Sa position au cœur d’un quartier populaire proche du centre et offrant un contact direct avec la population. Important pour qui veut s’imprégner de la véritable atmosphère d’une ville. La sympathie du personnel et notamment du responsable Brahim.

Cons: Confort un peu spartiate mais comme l’établissement est neuf, ce point va certainement être amélioré.

Riad authentique, chaleureux, très propre

Pros: Riad super sympa et authentique. Le personnel a été formidable. Les petits déjeuners sont extraordinaires. Lits très confortable, terrasse très agréable. Bien placé car un peu à l'extérieur de l'agitation mais proche à pieds des lieux d'intérêt. Merci pour votre accueil chaleureux.

Pros: Ragazzi gentilissimi, ci hanno aiutato a risolvere tutti i dubbi che avevamo durante il soggiorno! Riad complessivamente molto carino, la terrazza su quando c’è il sole è stata meravigliosa per fare colazione (nota d’onore alla spremuta d’arancia buonissima). Posizione fuori dal caos della Medina in un quartiere molto local che ci ha fatto sentire molto dentro la città! I taxi si perdono un po’ per raggiungerlo ma dopo 1 giorno capisci tu la strada. Siamo state bene :)

Cons: Le camere sono effettivamente molto umide come avevamo letto su qualche recensione, la sera faceva un po’ freddo ma in compenso letti e piumoni comodissimi. La colazione buona ma potrebbe essere più ricca.
