Riad Mandana & Spa

Pros: Highly recommend this hidden treasure, great location, fabulous staff who couldn't do enough. Spotlessly clean, yummy breakfast, thank you Elias and the team for looking after us. Book the Riad airport pick up by messaging them, made it so easy on arrival and departure to have a private driver. Great value for money. We will be back.

Cons: A couple of the Souke holders were very persistent, so we avoided the very touristy areas around the main square.

Wonderful stay, excellent staff and a beautiful vacation

Pros: The staff were amazing, coudn't do enough for us and they were such a pleasure to talk to! The riad is spotless (thank you to the wonderful cleaners) and smells great. The rooftop terrace is gorgeous, the birds singing to us throughout the buidling, the location in the heart of the medina and yet very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.

Cons: The only thing I would have changed was having some vegetables for breakfast, but that's a personal preference. The breakfasts were plentiful and with lots of variety of local foods which adds greatly to the experience. My friend and I are just not used to eating so many breads, cakes and pancakes, but we must say they were all delicious and very fresh. The freshly squeezed orange juice was probably the best we've ever had!

Beautifull Riad with lovely staff and good location

Pros: Wonderful staff, beautiful Riad tucked away from the chaos of the medina. Easy walking to main market.

Cons: There was no natural light coming into my room, which felt a bit claustrophobic but there were windows that did open onto the indoor courtyard.

Cons: It was a short walk from the main roads so taxis/cara unable to take you straight to the door

Clean, beautiful, and very welcoming.

Pros: The property was very beautiful and spotlessly clean. Daily housekeeping made a big difference and kept everything fresh and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming.

Pros: Hospitable staff and very accommodating. Place was very clean and toiletries etc always topped up. Breakfast was filling and tasty and staff would check all okay .

Cons: Soap dispenser needs to be in the communal toilet areas , oppose to soup. When it is cold the hotel needs to be fully heated as it got cold in communal areas. Spa treatment prices can be reduced or discount packages provided . Maybe consider a small breakfast buffet

Pros: We had an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and helpful, made our stay really enjoyable. The place was spotless, couldn't fault the cleanliness. Highly recommend!

Cons: There were some moments when the hot water didn’t work properly, but it was soon fixed by the receptionist.
