Riad Tizwa Marrakech

The manager Hassan was very friendly and welcoming. He gave us mint tea and snacks when we arrived.

Pros: Lovely seating secluded seating areas were you could sit and enjoy your breakfast or relax, felt like a home. Hamid looked after us nothing to much trouble for him and gave us lots of helpful suggestions as did the manager Hassan.

Cons: Bed was very comfortable but could only be accessed by one side

We made a great choice and really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They made us feel more like family rather than hotel guests. The Manager, Hassan, set the tone and it was clear there was great teamwork and mutual respect among the staff. Location was very central in terms of access to the old city.

Cons: Nothing really.

Great Riad with personal attention

Pros: Beautiful buildings and furnishings in the rooms. Nice terrace areas at the top staff extremely friendly and helpful

Pros: I had three nights in Riad Tizwa for my first visit to Marrakesh and it was a beautiful place to find calm and settle into the new experiences. The whole team were helpful with suggestions, the decor was calming and always smelled incredible and the breakfast was so delicious. The team working at the Riad were incredible when I lost my phone - they went above and beyond to help me, I felt really cared for and they were so helpful. Oh and the roof terrace was fab!

Cons: As I visited in January in an unseasonably cold year the Riad team got me an extra heater for my room - great!

Pros: The location was excellent. The room was beautiful. The staff were exceptional. Helpful and went the extra mile to please. Highly recommend and would love to return. The Riad is a tranquil retreat in bustling Marrakech.

Pros: Everything about Riad Tizwa exceeded our expectations. Every detail is so well considered, the interiors are absolutely stunning, the service and warmth from the team are exceptional and the location itself was perfect! We absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return!

Pros: Most stays I tend to book after some deep research across various platforms lured in by the photos and a few glowing reviews. Then you arrive and it's great but nothing exceptional because you feel you've already seen it and lived it. Riad Tizwa is a shimmering gem of an exception because it's even more special in real life! This is a place I actually want to tell no one about incase everyone discovers my brilliant discovery. Yes it looks like the photos (actually better) and it talks like all the reviews but you have to feel the energy of this place to really know...you may never want to leave. Can't wait to return, Daniel and team the biggest thank you for a very special stay.

Best Riad in Marrakesh and definitely the best staff!

Pros: Booking Riad Tizwa was the best decision we could have made when looking at coming to Marrakesh! There are so many options for accommodation when looking at booking Marrakesh which I personally found overwhelming but I absolutely would recommend booking Riad Tizwa to anyone who is a bit lost like I was! The staff including Daniel, Hassan, Aziz and Suleiman and all the women at the raid were just fantastic and so welcoming, not to mention that after my partner proposed during our stay everyone was so kind in congratulating us and wishing us the best for our marriage, which just made everything more special! The road itself is beautiful, immaculately clean and nothing is too much trouble for the staff- Tea, coffee and water brought to you at anytime, dinner recommendations/bookings and airport transfers all organised for us! Riad Tizwa will always be special to us and we will definitely be back!
