Loved the Riad, the staff and the location!

Pros: Lovely Riad, our first stay in one. Room was great. Location excellent. Staff were very helpful, friendly and thoughtful. Exceptionally, the online support for any issues was effective virtually in realtime.

Cons: Breakfast was not great, very bread-heavy with little variation.

Great stay with central location, without the noise!

Pros: At check-in, we were welcomed with tea and biscuits - a lovely touch! The room was great, with a comfortable bed and lovely decorative features. Breakfast each morning was tasty, with a small change each day to keep it interesting!!

Cons: Our room wasn't ready when we arrived to check-in but we were able to leave our bags which was helpful.

Stunning tranquil stay away from the hustle and bustle in the centre of Marrakesh. Gorgeous

Pros: We loved our stay here. The building is stunning, rooms gorgeous, very quiet but central and the breakfast was amazing.

Lovely staff, amazing breakfast and strategic location.

Pros: Breakfast and location top! The breakfast was really good and the staff was very kind. We had to leave early two times and they prepared us a breakfast to go. The day we had the opportunity to have the breakfast on site it was very tasty. The location is not dangerous and, even if it is central, it is not in the crowded part of the city (so it is less noisy). You will still see many tourists and locals around.

Cons: There is no sign outside. At the beginning was hard to find the place and you may think you are in the wrong place. We stayed in two different rooms (because we did two different bookings). The first one was not very nice because of the bathroom but the second one repaid us in everything.

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was exceptional, offering a great variety of delicious options. The staff, especially Fatmia, were incredibly helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Their attentiveness and availability throughout my stay were truly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and warm hospitality.

Pros: Beautiful stay in Marrakech at Riad New Moon. My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. We felt welcome and the location was perfect for exploring all the sites in Marrakech!

Authentic stay in Moroccan accommodation away from the crowds but in a convenient location.

Pros: Beautiful, authentic Moroccan riad with a small pool and relaxing rooftop space. Situated in a quiet alley just off the souk. About 10 minutes walk to the square and the mosque. Bedroom was spacious and light with a lovely bathroom. Heating and AC in the room that you control. Healthy breakfast to start the day. Lovely staff, especially Fatimah who was always smiling and helpful. Ismail did the night shift and helped us when needed. Would recommend this stay.

Cons: Would be a good idea to have access to a fruit bowl throughout the day. The building also needs its name on the front as we couldn’t find the right door initially.
