Riad Ahlsouss

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at the riad. As soon as we booked, we arranged the airport transfer with the accommodation and everything went smoothly. They were waiting for us at the airport and took us directly to the riad without any issues. When we arrived, Youssef was there to welcome us. He was always extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, and showed us everything we needed to know about the riad. This made us feel very comfortable from the beginning. The riad also has two adorable kittens, which made the experience even more special and lovely. The breakfast was great, everything was fresh and well prepared. The room was good, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we felt very well taken care of and really enjoyed our time there.

Cons: Nothing to point out — everything went well during our stay.

Wonderful

Pros: The property was amazing, everything was clean and the staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious and fulfilling. We book their transfer from the airport to the riad, it was really helpful because the staff indicated us the way to the riad which can be tricky at first. Lovely area as well, very local vibe. The riad has a little terrace (it does not have views) but very peaceful. Also, there are cats inside the property (I loved that) but if you have any allergies, be aware of that

Cons: You can hear every noise from your room (not noise from the street as it is very quiet) but noise from other rooms or the main area of the riad

Pros: Youseff is very helpful, attentive and co-operative person who goes extra mile for guests.

Cons: Air con heating need to improve.

Pros: The staff was really nice and helpful. I like the ambiance in the riad, the cats and the interior.

Cons: A few hairs on the bedspread but for the rest everything was clean.

Great place, great staff, great location! Deffinitely come here to experience a cozy and homely feel of a Marrakechi ria

Pros: Small and cozy Riad situated only a short walk from the city center. It is in a quieter neighbourhood, away from the bustling souks. There are only four rooms in the riad so it has a very nice and homely feel to it. Nouri, who was taking care of us, was exceptionally nice and always ready to answer any questions we had. He also prepared delicious breakfast for us every morning. There is also a nice rooftop terrace where we loved to spend a quiet evening. Our stay was very pleasant and we would certainly recommend it to any travelers going to Marrakech. Bonus points: The house cat and her two kittens are very friendly and fun to look at, when they play and run around the riad.

Cons: The only downside of this Riad is that due to it's size, you can hear basically everything that happens in the rooms or in the courtyard. Also the day of our check out, we had to leave for the airport at 5pm and hoped to wait in the lobby between 3pm and 5pm, but the manager has told us it was not possible because no staff were around at the time and he told us to leave the riad. This didn't seem to be a problem all the days before, when we would sometimes come to the riad to hide away from the scorching sun and were there alone.

Great location with wonderfull hosts

Pros: We had a lovely time in the Riad with very welcoming hosts (cat and litter of kittens included) and a very clean and beautiful room. We felt taken care of at every point and the riad was the perfect homebase for exploring the medina. We walked everywhere and never had to walk for more than a half hour to visit what we wanted to see or find a good place to eat. All in all we had a wonderfull stay and felt welcome and taken care of in every way

Cons: We have zero complaints

Amazing stay in Marrakesh!

Pros: Absolutely amazing everything! Beautifully done in a proper way, that insures comfort and aesthetic pleasure! Great location! Such a pleasure to arrive in a peaceful place after a hot and crowded medina of Marrakesh! Everything you need is in walking distance! Youssef is a great host, very friendly, polite and helpful! Thank you very much! The riad is super clean and tidy! I highly recommend this place!

Great riad

Pros: Great place to stay! Unique and beautiful rooms, a place that you understand is really cared for! Mr Youssef was really polite and helpful with everything! Also the riad's cute cat was the cherry on the top!

A quiet, cozy, and peaceful Riad.

Pros: The food was great, and so was the service. The man in charge was incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a great stay and appreciated his generosity. Because there are only a couple of rooms for guests, the place is small, nice and quiet and not overwhelmed by too many tourists and people. I liked the coziness of the place and how it felt remote from the hustle and bustle of the loud and overwhelming streets in the city center of Marrakesh. But this place was hidden from the chaos and felt more peaceful and quiet. Also his little grey cat is the cutest and most gentle little cat.

Excellent

Pros: The property is well located and has a traditional riad feel to it. The riad cat is also very friendly and Youseff was very welcoming. All staff were helpful and answered any questions we had. Overall the property is very good value for money and we had a very pleasant stay. Miu the cat has also recently had baby kittens and so hopefully if you are visiting over the next few weeks you will be able to meet them.

Cons: Nothing. Only thing which could possibly be improved is a sign on the front door stating the name of the Riad- although it is easy enough to find with the door number.
