Pros: The standout feature of my stay was the staff. Mohammed (Director), El Mahdi, and Hassani were exceptional from start to finish — attentive, professional, and genuinely warm. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went above and beyond to help with anything I needed, which made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. The riad itself has a beautiful traditional aesthetic and a calm atmosphere that feels authentic to Marrakech. It’s well located and offers a peaceful escape from the busy streets outside

Cons: For the price point, there are a few areas that could be improved. A heated pool would make a significant difference, especially during cooler months. A TV in the room would also enhance comfort for guests who prefer that option in the evenings. While the stay was enjoyable, the overall value for money could be better aligned with what is provided.

Pros: An absolute pleasure of a stay. The staff were so kind and attentive and the actual riad was absolutely beautiful and very clean.

Cons: Just be mindful it is in a very residential area - as a woman I only really felt comfortable walking to/from the medina with my partner (20 min walk)

Pros: The riad was beautiful and well-kept down to the last detail. The best part was the fantastic breakfast and the helpfulness of the staff. I want to emphasize the kindness of the staff, which was truly appreciated; they make you feel at home.

Pros: This was our first interaction with the city, and we were very pleasantly surprised by their kindness and by the style of the accommodation. There was a lot of greenery and beautiful color contrasts, which created a special atmosphere. We really appreciated having access to the pool for swimming. Every evening, they lit the fire to create a cozy and warm ambiance.We felt comfortable throughout our stay and didn’t miss anything.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

Pros: Amazing service and a place out of the fairytails. Marakesh wasn’t exactly my vibe but I felt amazing in this particular riad.

Pros: Everything was perfect, the entire riad is clean and beautifully decorated. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff is super friendly and always ready to help. Highly recommended!

Pros: Beautiful Riad. Kept very clean and always smelling nice! The staff are extremely polite, kind and helpful! The riad is quiet and has a lovely balcony to have breakfast on and relax. All the staff including Mohammed, Ayoub, hassani were so helpful and kind and anything we needed they were happy to help! It felt like living with a massive family was so welcoming! Breakfast was good quality.

Cons: We don’t mind walking but it’s about a 20min walk to the main square, so just bare that mind. Also, if they could include egg alongside the breakfast I think that would be a good idea as the breakfast is kore sweet than savoury
