Pros: I had a wonderful stay here! It's located in the middle of the medina but still in a quieter street. The breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely recommend coming here.

A great stay with a lovely host

Pros: If you want an authentic local experience in a traditional riad (bed & breakfast) then Karam is perfect. Nadia is a great host. Helped by her daughter, she runs the two guest rooms on the first floor of their home. The building is peaceful and quiet, but well located among the chaos of the medina. The breakfast was one of the highlights of our trip. It varied every day, allowing us to sample a variety of local breads, omelette and tagine. Nadia was attentive to dietary requirements and preferences. She even went out of her way to make special arrangements when she heard it was my birthday. The WiFi was recently upgraded so previous reviews about that can be ignored. Two things to note: if using Google maps, there are multiple \

Cons: Nothing really. It's an old building so the room is hard to ventilate and you can sometimes hear noise from other rooms, but for us this is part of the charm of staying somewhere traditional.

Beautiful place and welcoming people.

Pros: Good location, it was close to many markets and restaurants. The owners were very hospitable and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. Rooms were nice and spacious, overall a beautiful place to stay.

Clean, genuine and authentic Riad with lovely hosts.

Pros: The Riad is located in a nice area, perfect for those who want to see an authentic part of the medina and not only the touristic zones. I appreciated the local market in the near streets, you only see local people and zero tourists, which is what i like the most usually. The Riad is very nice, clean and well made. It's simple, it feels like being at home. The room was big enough and the bathroom is also simple, clean and nice. The bed is comfortable and the shower is big. The real plus is that Nadia and Philip are just awesome! Nadia made me feel her son, literally cooking for me and only authentic moroccan specialities. I think i had my best food in Morocco from her. Philip is also a good chef, with a special talent for dessert (as french tradition wants!). If you are not looking for a Instagram experience but for a local, authentic and genuine Riad, this is exactly what you should go for. I will definitely come back here next time.

Pros: We absolutely loved our stay! Nadia made us feel truly at home from the very first moment – she’s incredibly kind, helpful and always made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh and beautifully served. The whole riad was spotless, cozy and smelled amazing. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Marrakech. Pros: The accomodation was authentic, very clean and has a perfect locatian. With only some steps we are already in the heart of the city. We enjoyed our very delicious breakfasts made by our kind host on the terrace. Everything was very delicious. Our host, Nadia was extremly kind and caring. Helped us with all our questions. Fully recommended!!

Pros: Beautiful and relaxing Riad with a fantastic host! The house is an oasis of calm in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the Madina, close to all attractions with some excellent restaurants close bye. Nadia is an amazing host and really looks after her guests. The breakfast on the rooftop is a treat and a great way to start your day. I would definitely recommend.

Highly recommended also for a longer stay in Marrakech

Pros: Nadia was the best host ever; she came to greet us to the taxi, helped with booking a hammam, and so on. Despite the language barrier, we could discuss everything. We really felt at home and had perfect, tasty, homemade breakfasts. The Riad is about 15 minutes walk from Jamaa el Fna, but is in a more quiet area. Nadia was also very flexible, as a lot of programs in Marrakech start at 8, so we had a few early breakfasts as well. We slept extremely well; it was quiet and relaxing. Highly recommended!
