Zweckmässig, gute Qualität, ideal auch als kleine Gruppe oder Familie.

Pros: Self-check- in am Rande von Guéliz, top Preisleistungsverhältnis. In einer halben Stunde ist man zu Fuss bei allen Sehenwürdigkeiten und in der Medina. Wer die Neustadt von Marrakech sehen will ist hier gut bedient. Zwei schöne Doppelzimmer, Bad und sep. WC eine Wohnung im ganz normalen Wohnquartier. Restaurants fussläufig.

Convenient location. Ideal for solo travelers.

Pros: The situation of the property is very good. There are eateries, grocery store, a mall and money exchange nearby. However the staff warned that the parking under property is very tight. We heeded the warning and did not attempt to park our rental car in the building . We were lucky that we arrived after business hours on Saturday and Sunday so it was not an issue for street parking. However Monday we had to struggle a bit to find parking. The apartment was clean on arrival and everything inside was functional. Appliances for tea and coffee making and toasting were available. There was a double bed with one blanket. I travelled with a friend and would have preferred that an additional blanket or sheet was available. Having a single sheet meant waking up every time if one turned with the blanket.

Cons: The door to the bathroom is swollen and does not close until pushed hard. The loud banging sound is disturbing. The door needs to be shaved a bit so it opens and closes without a loud bang. I am sure it must have disturbed the Neighbours.
