Maison Cascada 2

Affordable, clean and pretty riad in top location

Pros: Location and communication were great, our host Mohammed was very helpful and friendly. We loved how simple, but clean and pretty it was. There's a sweet little rooftop corner and hot showers too :). Totally recommendable!

Cons: Polyester bedsheets :/ And I guess its normal that you have to pay a high price (50 mad) if you want to park your car in the medina overnight...at least it was super close to the riad!

Good price/quality, very nice and helpful owner and perfect location in the city centre.

Pros: It is a beautiful hotel, the shower was really hot which was nice since it was very cold in Marrakech when we were there. The owner is very helpful, we booked all our tours with him for a good price. Communication was perfect, fast replies and helpful whenever needed.

Cons: Since it can be very hot in the summer, the rooms weren’t very well isolated for the cold of december, but luckily there were enough blankets so in the bed we weren’t cold.

Pros: We absolutely LOVED our stay at Riad Cascada 2! The location is perfect — just steps from the Medina but still peaceful and relaxing. The riad itself is spotless, cozy, and very comfortable, with a nice fan in the room that made our stay even more pleasant. What truly made the difference, though, was Mohamed at reception. He is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely goes out of his way to make guests feel at home. He gave us great recommendations on places to visit and really made us feel like we were staying with friends rather than in a hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much that only two nights later we came back to stay at their other property, Riad Cascada, which was just as clean, cozy, and perfect as Riad Cascada 2. We HIGHLY recommend this place!! It truly felt like a home away from home!

Pros: Stayed here for one night before heading off to explore. It served the purpose and was reasonably priced.

Good place to stay on a budget. Close to everything

Pros: Standard bed. Shared bathroom. Cute terrace at the top to relax and watch the surroundings. Host was lovely and came to get us from the taxi drop off point.

Cons: Without the host coming to get us, we wouldn’t have found it. The coordinates on the website are correct but the address led us to a different bit a few minutes walk from the actual Riad.

Pros: The accommodation is great! And the host as well - really friendly environment. I would recommend it thousands times

Cons: The only thing - and that’s gonna be in every Rihad, just remember that during winter months there is cold at night and the rooms usually doesn’t have heating. So just bring warm pyjamas with you.

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this Riad, the host was incredibly kind and the location was amazing yet peaceful in comparison with the busy medina. Definitely recommend!!
