Spacious apartment with a view of Jardin Majorelle

Pros: Spacious apartment with a view of Jardin Majorelle. Great interior design and very good indoor - outdoor flow in the living area. One can really feel at home in this apartment, because it has all the cooking and household items and appliances that one could need. Besides being close to Jardin Majorelle, the apartment is walking distance from the old town and Gueliz district. Surrounding area felt safe, but it certainly helps that the apartment is located in an apartment complex. All entrance doors are locked in there is a security at one of them.

Cons: One thing to note - the apartment has 3 bedrooms one the lower level and living area on the second floor. 2 of the bedrooms have a view of Jardin Majorelle, but that means that they also face a street, which gets loud at times. The third bedroom is more quiet, if that is a concern.

Fantastische tijd gehad!!

Pros: Top locatie!! In het nieuwe deel, maar wel alles op loopafstand. Goede service en erg fijne communicatie.

Pros: Appartement très jolie, belle décoration, très spacieux, les lits sont confortables ainsi que l’espace cuisine/salon/salle à manger. Propre, bien situé et proche de gueliz. La propriétaire est à l’écoute pour les moindres questions.

Cons: Pas de produits ménagers disponible dans l’appartement à part un peu de liquide vaisselle, la clim à l’étage est faible il fait assez chaud la journée

Ruim huis op goede locatie

Pros: Het huis is groot, 3 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers, een ruime keuken en woonkamer. Het hebben van een wasmachine (op zo'n warme bestemming) is erg fijn! Helaas ging deze tijdens ons verblijf kapot, maar werd er direct een gloednieuwe geleverd! Er is een zwembad. Locatie is goed, uitzicht op de Majorelle tuin.

Cons: Het had wat schoner gemogen, niet alles op optimaal schoon. Het was ook lastig zelf schoon te houden. De (mooie) parketvloer had wat kiertjes, wat zonder bezem of stofzuiger niet schoon te maken is.

Mooi luxe appartement, voor herhaling vatbaar

Pros: Het appartement is heel mooi en verzorgd. Er is oog voor detail. Ook erg schoon en voorzien van de eerste benodigdheden. Verder is de locatie echt perfect. Op loopafstand van restaurants, winkels e.d. Jamaa Fna is ook op loopafstand (30 minuten wandelen) en is leuke wandeling waar je onderweg ook nog het nodige kan zien. Verhuurder is ook erg behulpzaam, attent en goed bereikbaar voor eventuele vragen.

Cons: Het was jammer dat het zwembad en jaccuzi tijdelijk wegens onderhoud niet gebruik konden worden, maar daar kon de verhuurde zelf ook niets aan doen.

Adresse à recommander dans Marrakech

Pros: Excellent séjour dans cet appartement proche de tout à pieds. Face aux Jardins, 15 mn de Gueliz et ses nombreux restaurants, 15 mn de la médina. Un hammam public à 3mn pour moins de 20dh ou bien un plus raffiné au pied de l'immeuble. L'appartement avec sa double terrasse est parfait pour lézarder avec un bouquin au soleil avec vue sur l'Atlas au loin derrière la médina. Côté confort, tout y est, vous êtes à la maison ! La propriétaire laisse tout à disposition. Vraie machine à café, presses agrumes, lave vaisselle... La place de parking au pied de l'ascenseur est un plus. Des commerces proches partout pour faire qqs courses. Un café qui fait de bons pdj à 40dh Très bonne communication avec la proprio Adresse à recommander pour ceux qui veulent être dans Marrakech. Les photos sont bien tel qu'est l'appart.
