Pros: Location is very good, its close to restaurants, shops and some tourist spots, like YSL museum, but it is also quiet and located on a small street. There is a very nice guard outside all the time, if you forget the key to the main building door, he is happy to help. The underground parking had many free spots and there is an elevator in it that will take you to the apartment floor. The apartment itself is very nice, it's definitely been refurbished lately. There are a lot of dishes in the kitchen and different utensils, you can really cook there. There is a washing mashine available, which is great (although a proper drying rack would be great, the one available is a bit flimsy). The owner is very nice and happy to help via Whatsapp.

Cons: - The apartment is excellent for 2 people, but a bit small for 4 people. There is one bedroom with double bed. The other 2 people sleep on the couch, this is not a pull out couch. It is still quite comfy, but you have to make the bed every day to have usable living room space. Not bad for a short stay, but could get tiresome for a longer period, also because there is no wardrobe or anything to keep you stuff in the main room. The bedroom has its own walk in closet. - The shower is a bit faulty, the water does not flow to the drain properly, there is not enough slope. Because of that the whole bathroom floor gets wet when you shower. You need to position a rubber broom that's in the apratment against the shower door to not have water everywhere. On the plus side, the owner provided with this quick fix when asked about it and suggested it will be adapted.

Pros: Really good apartment, the host was super friendly, and everything is clean and new. we found coffee and some milk as well as a coffee machine, 2 ACs, and a clean shower. will try to book it whenever i go back to Marrakech.

Pros: Die große Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines gediegenen Gebäudes in einer kaum befahrenen Seitenstraße der großen Boulevards im modernen Viertel Guéliz, einer sicheren Wohngegend. Kein Lärm vom Flughafen, kein Lärm im Haus, Verkehrslärm nur bei geöffnetem Fenster zu hören. Der Blick geht auf andere Gebäude und eine Freifläche. Zahlreiche Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte, ein Einkaufszentrum mit Lebensmittelmarkt um die Ecke. Ca 4 km zur Medina, direkte Busverbindung zum Jamaa El Fna ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die großzügige Wohnung ist gediegen, funktional und ästhetisch ansprechend ausgestattet, Parkettboden, große Fenster mit Rollläden, bequemes Doppelbett, moderne Dusche, Schrankzimmer. Absolut sauber. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin, rechtzeitige und verständliche Anweisungen zum Betreten der Wohnung.

Pros: Un très bon séjour que j'ai apprécié vraiment, la proximité de guiliz, les commerces, les restaurants.....10 minutes à pieds de la place el fna. La propriétaire d'une gentillesse et un professionnalisme extraordinaires. Merci beaucoup.
