Great location for bus and train transfers. Lots of room to spread out.

Pros: The location was perfect for us just across from the bus and train station and helped us with our travel itinerary, and there are many restaurants nearby. We met the owner and he was very friendly and accommodating.

Cons: Getting into the apartment was somewhat confusing as we had to fetch the security guard each time to let us in the door. There were a few maintenance issues needing attention such as a broken shower head and stopped up kitchen drains. We mentioned these to the friendly owner and he stated he would take care of them.

Excellent proximity to the train station

Pros: It was a comfortable bed and sofa. The kitchen had a few things to prepare coffee, tea, and a simple meal. If I were to stay longer, the pool would have been great on a warm day. The security guard was helpful and pleasant. Finally, it was a stonesthrow from Carrefour, the Supratours station, and train station. Excellent location!

Cons: The exterior of the building and surrounding area is in development, so it might be uncomfortable for some coming from Europe or North America. The bathroom and shower could be fixed/renovated, and cleaned a bit better. It wasn't the easiest to find because of how they numbered the buildings.

Pros: Very clean and comfortable flat. Excellent location, steps away from the train station. Hakim, the flat owner, was welcoming, very friendly, and professional, went out of his way to ensure I had a great stay. Excellent value for money - I would definitely recommend.

Pros: The Host is a great guy, really friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and well laid out. Swimming pool just outside the balcony area. The location was good for us as we needed quick access to the train station for our train to Rabat early. Recommend it.

Cons: WiFi wasn't the best and kept dropping on me. Apart from that, everything was great.

Pros: Perfect location if you need to stay close to the airport, bus or train station. Very spacious and new apartment, easy to find as well and hakim is very responsive and friendly to help you in and show you around. Would recommend!
