Very spacious, modern apartment with everything you might need for a stay in Marrakech. And a nice swimming pool also!

Pros: Very clean, everything looked brand new. Nice swimming pool that had some shade for a good part of the day (needed when it was 46 degrees during our visit). Spacious apartment with everything we needed for a few nights in Marrakech. Right beside the Jardin Majorelle and very easy to get taxis to anywhere else in the city. Carrefour within walking distance also. Felt safe when walking around outside in the evening - haven’t felt worried anywhere in Morocco though. Riad (the host) was very attentive whenever we had any questions to ask and did his best to help us.

Cons: Air con could have been better, but in fairness, it was exceptionally hot when we were there so I suspect most other times it would be fine. At night time, when the temperature dropped to just below 40 deg C, the air con actually did a good job.

Perfect place to stay if you want your privacy and comfort of your own home

Pros: 1. The host was amazing, superb and great! 2. The pillows and bed was extra firm , just to our liking and we had great sleeps 3. The AC worked perfectly to keep the flat cool 4. The property was clean and tidy 5. The Property had enough wardrobe for clothes 6. The balcony was overlooking the majorelle and YSL museum 7. The Flat was secure

Cons: 1. The shower door on the main bathroom is very tricky to open, it gets stuck easily and I believe other travellers has raised concerns on that too. 2. The in-suite bathroom hand shower is at its last leg, 2 out of 5 lights are out (it was initially 3 but the Abdullahey changed one), but the way they are placed means you still have lot of shadows, so doing make up or shave could be tricky if not all of them are working. 3. The fridge was broken, and it needs replacing. Host has assured it will be replaced. 4. The flat needs some kid friendly crockery, plastic plates, and cups, spoons. 5. The in-suite bathroom is missing a waste bin 6. The Iron was burnt so needs cleaning

Nice clean modern apartment.

Pros: Simple and smart apartment in a nice corner of Marrakesh. Host greeted us on the entry to the car park and made sure everything was perfect. Ideal place to stay if you are renting a car on arrival but dont want to head straight out to explore.

Cons: Only advisory for people who don't like noise is that you can hear the buzz from some air exchange system. It bothered me a bit, but my partner did not notice it at all.

An excellent place to stay in Marrakech

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, modern and just a few steps from Jardin Majorelle. The home owner is very welcoming and provided us with biscuits and tea. The three nights here gave us a great experience.

Pros: Super close to very everything. The host was very friendly and helped us finding the home!. The house was also spacious and clean.

Pros: It was on a pedestrian walk so it was quiet. I had all the facilities required. The host was very helpfull and even agreed for us to checkin after the limit hour.

Pros: Отличная квартира, просторная, светлая и уютная. Окна выходят в тихий двор, видно сад Мажорель, было приятно просыпаться под пение птиц. Замечательная терраса. Было приятно возвращаться сюда после переполненной и шумной медины. Постельное бельё было отличным, кровати большие и удобные, мне понравилась жесткость матраса. Две ванные, напор воды хороший. На кухне мне показалось достаточно посуды для короткого пребывания. Заезд и выезд также прошли без проблем. Риад, замечательный молодой человек координировал наше прибытие, был на связи и был готов помочь с любым вопросом.

Cons: Мусорка была не убрана после предыдущих гостей, в одной из раковин в ванной видимо засор, плохо уходит вода.

Pros: Emplacement au top. Accueil avec des bouteilles d'eau à notre arrivée, café, de quoi faire la lessive si besoin. Très grand appartement avec toutes les commodités. 2 salles de bain une avec baignoire l'autre avec douche. Balcon. Résidence surveillée et sécurisée. Taxi à proximité immédiate.

Cons: Fuite sous le lavabo de la salle de douche. Volet roulant du salon HS et fermé en permanence. Pommeau de douche de la baignoire à changer. Literie très ferme mais oreillers au top .
