Clean, good location and amazing staff

Pros: The location, cleanliness and the staff was excellent especially Azzedin who went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always helping and smiling. Even the housekeeping staff was great! With language barrier still they tried their best to communicate effectively.

Cons: The only improvement needs is to add fruits and some more hot stuff for breakfast. It would be a great addition to the hotel breakfast.

Worth the money

Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are large and comfortable. Location is central to the airport and city.

Cons: Bathrooms needs bit TLC. Worn off walls. Lift is dangerous as the doors slam at you and no sensors to detect and stop closing. Swimming pool is nor clean or hot.

Overall a very pleasant stay, a nice hotel and a good value for the money. close to train station

Pros: Staff, specially, Yousaf, were very helpful, welcoming and pleasant to deal with. Access to the hotel from the main road across the train station was very convenient with a lots of restaurants/shops. Specially one restaurant open all night where you can buy food (I bought a chicken burger at 4am) burger or pizza even at 3-4 am.

Cons: Bathroom should have a muslim shower. Reading Light over the bed is needed. Bed area has a little less light than appropriate.

Quiet rooms in a convenient area. Truly modern hotel.

Pros: Close to the train station and supratours, it is also amazingly quiet despite being in a busy area. Walkable to Gueliz and many good restaurants. I had the best sleep in Marrakech there, probably saved me from cancelling my trip early and going home after 3 nightmarish nights in a Riad in the Medina.

Cons: Just a bit pricey for what I was initially planning to pay for accommodation in Morocco!

Pros: Opposite train station, large room, quiet overnight, many cafes and restaurants nearby, comfortable bed.

Cons: No cleaning stuff in small kitchen, low water pressure.

Pros: It was all good and clean rooms. They have cleaning staff, and they cleaned all our rooms really quickly. Asma was really helpful. All the other staff were very helpful.

Cons: Everything was perfect so can't fault them at all.
