Cosy apartment in the heart of Hivernage

I loved it!

Pros: Everything was just spot on and perfect! The house is much bigger than in the picture and so cosy. The area hivernage is upper class, quiet and safe. I loved all! . Sophia is an amazing host, kind and very responsive by texts. It was a great stay & holiday! Thanks Sophia 😊

Pros: We had an excellent experience at this accommodation! The location is great, in a quiet and very safe area, with a hotel and police presence right in front, which made us feel very comfortable. The host was very attentive and always available. The accommodation matches the description exactly: everything was very clean, tidy, and smelled great. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The walk to the main square, Jamaa el-Fna, is pleasant and safe. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

Charming apartment for a great stay

Pros: It was spacious, clean and in a great location - about 30 minutes walk or 5 min taxi ride to the main medina and souks, and away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information about where to eat, drink, shop and more.

Nice basement apartment in a safe area

Pros: The apartment was very nice - it's a basement with a large open plan area. Small bathroom and kitchen with appliances are included. Clean comfortable bedroom. Hosts were very nice, communication very good and the lady was there to meet me with the keys. The apartment is very quiet and secure - there is a grocery store very near.

Cons: It was a good 25-30 minute walk over to the Medina and since I have arthritis in my right hip it was quite far for me. The reason I booked the property was because it was described as 'in the heart of Marrakech' so I was a little surprised it was so far to walk. Also although it is described as a 'loft' which would indicate that it would be located up high its actually a basement apartment underneath someone's house.

Pros: The hosts are extremely friendly and kind. It was so thoughtful of Sophia to pick me up from the train station and arrange a taxi transfer at the early morning of my departure day. The apartment is in the lower floor of a private villa with private entrance. It is in very nice neighborhood with less than a 20-minute walk to the old city. A shopping mall and large supermarket is very nearby. The villa has a very neat garden with many beautiful cacti. Although it is below the ground floor, but it is conveniently illuminated and ventilated. The apartment is spacious and has a comfy bed and pillows. The beddings were clean too. It has a small kitchen area with a good-sized fridge and microwave oven. There is also a large sitting area and a dining table as well.

Cons: The bathroom is small and kind of old with very small sink. Hot water is only in the bathroom. The apartment has a lot of potential but i would suggest extra attention to some wall decorations or a rug to give them homey feel or authentic Moroccan vibes.

Pros: Està situat en un barri amb espais amples, serveis i transport públic per anar a qualsevol punt de la ciutat. L'amfitriona està a disposició per qualsevol necessitat.

Great Apartment in a Lovely Neighbourhood in Marrakesh

Pros: The location is amazing and shows a different side of Marrakesh than the Medina. The neighbourhood is beautiful for morning walks / runs and is conveniently located with the Menara Mall and Menara Gardens nearby. The hosts are warm and wonderful. Staying here after a couple of days in the Medina was a refreshing break. I'd highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back and stay again.
