Hivernage - Stylish APT in the Heart of the City

Pros: We loved the location next to Marena Mall where there was a supermarket, places to eat and grab an ice cream or pastries. It was a 25 min walk to the Medina but it was an easy walk and we were glad to be out of the hussle and bustle. The pool was a bonus, even though it was freezing 😂 - it was November though! The host was amazing and had excellent communication. Nothing was too much trouble.

Cons: As an improvement it would be good if there were sun loungers for the pool area. Whilst the apartment as a whole was great there appeared to be a few little things not quite finished off but it didn't affect our stay.

Pros: The host was really nice! At first, I couldn’t find the exact address, so the host contacted me on WhatsApp with lots of patience and I arrived the right place right away! When I opened the door, it was really huge than I expected! There was a big living room, kitchen, and a nice big bedroom, and the point is there were bottles of water which I really needed. Except for that, there are many cats come to you, which is really cute

A family with a child can recommend this place

Pros: The property is in a good location. Just a minutes walking distance from the mall and other facilities. Rooms are spacious and all facilities work and are ready to be used for you. The owner is nice and fast responding to any inquiries with a positive attitude. The apartment security staff is welcoming and always helpful without expecting tips.

Cons: Some things in the apartment are tired and need updating, but it's only for western standards. If you would ever stay in a riad or other place you will see that this place is in reality in good shape compared to others.

Pros: The host Zakaria was very welcoming and helped with any query we had. He was very responsive when we messaged him. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The kids loved the big swimming pool.

Cons: There was nothing we didn't like.

Pros: Fantastic location, easy accessible to most places in Marrakesh. Host was so helpful and was on call for any questions we had. apartment had an amazing swimming pool which is needed in the Marrakesh heat.

Perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas y comodas

Pros: El anfitrion Zacarias disponible para cualquier consulta, ubicacione genial para el marathon, el mall a lado y cerca de la plaza y del aereopuerto. Apartamento comodo y limpio, urbanizacion silenciosa y vigilada.

Cons: Varias imperfeciones en el apartamento, que mereceria la pena arreglar para que sea aun mejor la puntuacion.

Très beau séjour, allez y je conseille vraiment

Pros: La localisation est parfaite à côté de nombreux restaurants, le propriétaire très gentil à l’écoute. Appartement bien équipé très beau. Résidence sécurisé

Cons: C’était très bien juste si c’était possible de mettre un branchement pour le chauffage dans la chambre.

Fijne verblijf

Pros: Hele fijne locatie, om de hoek bij Menara Mall. Appartement zag er goed uit en hele fijne contact met de host Zakaria!

Pros: Nous avons vraiment apprécié la proximité de tout commerces et d'être dans une résidence avec surveillance 24h24 par des gardiens
