Pros: Breakfast was served to my room and it was delicious and fullfilling. I also liked the closeness of khadija apartment to every major attractions or places to visit in and around Marrakesh metropolitan area. The owners of the apartment complex are very friendly and attentive to my needs in the apartment itself.
Cons: The amenities in the bathroom were a little old but they worked well during my stay there!

Pros: Our room was very nice and interestingly styled. The location was convenient but it wasn't that easy to find the address for the first time. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, brought to our room at scheduled time. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The highlight was definitely the rooftop that offered incredible views of the whole city and Atlas Mountains in the distance, especially during the sunrise and sunset. You can also have your breakfast there which I recommend! Stayed there for 2 nights and it was great.
Cons: The bathroom was a bit small. It can get a little cold in the mornig during winter, but there's an AC, so not really a problem.

I felt at home here!
Pros: Breakfast was delicious, the terrace was fantastic. The room had heating. Locals live in the area, so you get an insight into their lives, very nice people. Food prices are cheaper in this area.Nice service. I felt good here.
Cons: Unfortunately, the peculiarity of riads is that they are cold...so it was very cold in the bath.

Perfectly Stay ☺️
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was very tasty and more than enough. The hosts were so kind, welcoming, and spoke several languages, which made everything easy and comfortable. The place was very clean, the rooms were big, and there was plenty of space to relax. The atmosphere felt warm and friendly, and whenever we had questions, we received helpful tips for trips and places to visit. We felt truly welcome and would happily come back. It was perfect for the one night we were back in Marrakech.
Pros: It was very authentic. The roof terrace was a wonderful spot to have breakfast. Food was excellent. Beds were very comfortable. Ahmed was wonderful and took us into the Medina as we needed to purchase a small bag for all the extra things we had bought on our journey. He wouldn’t let the owner overcharge us and taught us how to best barter with traders. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Marrakech.

Large, clean and quiet apartament

Amazing place
Pros: Amazing apartment with great location. The host was extremely nice with us and he helped us a lot! The breakfast was excellent, homemade food made by host’s wife. We strongly recommend this place and for sure we will be back there soon cause it was amazing!

Pros: “Wonderful stay at Apartment Khadija!” We had a great experience here. Mr. Ahmed was incredibly kind and welcoming, always available if we needed anything. The apartment itself is spacious and quiet, with large rooms and a beautiful terrace perfect for relaxing. The location is also ideal — just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, but away from the noise. Highly recommended!
Cons: I microwave in the apartment would have been helpful

Nice apartment with a kind owner
Pros: The apartment is located in a quiet area, yet everything you might need is close by. The rooms—and the entire accommodation—are beautiful, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. The owner was exceptionally helpful, kind, and welcoming. He shared plenty of useful information with us about the city and surroundings. Each morning, his wife prepared a delicious breakfast, which we enjoyed on the rooftop terrace with a stunning view over Marrakesh.

Pros: Big 2 bedroom traditional apartment, inside medina, safe and quiet from street traffic, 2 min walk to get taxis, good rooftop breakfast, enough towels and beddings provided, Ahmed went above and beyond to help us. Not only booked the taxi for our 6 AM flight, he even woke up and made sure we got to the taxi. This is an extremely kind gesture. Samira even did laundry for us at no extra cost. We highly recommend.
Cons: Water pressure in the washroom is very low and difficult to adjust.A full length mirror would be nice.
