Pros: We stayed here whilst my father was in hospital having suffered a Stroke on holiday. The apartment owner and the staff (Abdu) were so unbelievably kind and helpful with us. The apartment was a safe haven for us, it was comfortable and secure, we could wash clothes and cook. I'm sure if we had been there for a happier occasion such as a holiday we would have had a great time. For our needs, it was perfect.

Pros: Nice apartment 10min drive from medina and few minutes from airport. Swimming pool suitable for small children. Very quiet residential area.

Pros: The apartment is in a safe/secured complex of buildings, a couple of Km outside the city and close to the airport. Nice garden / pool view from the balcony. Our flight was arriving early AM and the apartment was handed over clean before the official check-in time. The owner was extremely helpful with recommendations regarding restaurants, shops and taxi drivers - we really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Spacious apartment, clean with an amazing balcony looking at the pool and beautiful gardens.

Cons: Although the apartment is only a short taxi drive from the airport we had to use a taxi to get around the city. Rent-a-car would have been a cheaper option.

Pros: Wonderful stay We had a great holiday - very beautiful property with modern amenities and a stunning pool! Abdo was very responsive to our requests. He also recommended a fantastic taxi driver Abderrahim, who made himself available to us every day and gave us great recommendations :)

Pros: The facilities were modern and the place felt like home. My family was very comfortable. The manager was friendly and very professional. I will definitely return again if I get the chance.
