Pros: Stayed for one night between flights. Perfect for the purpose. Close to the airport. There is everything you might need. I arrived after midnight but communication about check in was easy and clear.

Cons: Nothing.

Excellent and helpful host, clean, perfect location for airport.

Pros: Location excellent for the airport, host Badr was very responsive and understanding when our arrival was delayed by our late flight, he checked us in and explained the facilities. Badr also went out of his way to help our transfer driver find us in the morning. Flat was as-described and sparkling clean, towels & hairdryer provided, and plenty of blankets. There was a kitchen which looked well-equipped, we didn't use it for a 1-night stay.

Cons: One of the beds was a little hard. May be a little dark for longer stays (e.g. a week).

Pros: The place is very close to Airport, 10-15 minutes walk to the terminal. I have stayed there with my family of eight members. There are many local shops around and a mosque next to this. The imam recitation is so beautiful. The host Badr is a very kind person who accomadate your request.

Cons: The property is not in one floor, kitchen is on upstairs.

Perfect Airport stop over within walking distance fully equipped apartment with a very hospitable host.

Pros: The apartment was fully equipped within walking distance of the airport, the host was very attentive and waited for us at the apartment to greet us. Also helped us buy some milk at the shop opposite. He was very kind and hospitable . The apartment was very Moroccan and welcoming and had everything you could need

Cons: Sorry to say this The beds were rather hard, it was okay for us as it was just one night. The bathroom is a little basic too . Having said that we would definitely stay here again for one or two nights as an airport stop over.

Greate value for money

Pros: This was amazing experience for us. We were 7 people. We enjoyed a lot. In this property 8 people can stay. Hall upstairs adjacent to Kitchen like a party place. Property owner also very nice person. It's very near to Airport. So we can easily access without much walking. Nearby grocery shops are there, so you can cook too. It was an above expectation property. Thanks a lot Badr for your support.

Really helpful and perfect for my needs.

Pros: The riad was spacious, clean, comfo and well equipped. As a solo female traveller I felt well looked after, the communication was really good and they were so helpful.

Pros: The host was kind and very helpful with our luggage and taking print outs for our airline tickets. He was waiting outside although we were arriving around midnight. It is very near to airport you can walk even if you have big checkin bags

Cons: Nothing. FYI for others, we were arriving late midnight and the host was kind enough to arrange a taxi for us, But the taxi guy dint show up ( obliviously not host's fault). We ended up getting a prepaid taxi from the airport itself which was easy and all done in 10 mins. It's bit pricey but less hassle during the odd hours. Or if you comfortable you can just walk the area looked very safe for me.

Overall good value for money and convenient for the airport

Pros: We arrived late around 11pm and though Badr said it was safe to walk we decided to take a taxi booked by the host (If we had arrived in the day it would have been more than feasible to walk). The taxi wasn't cheap and it was painful to get so it would have been better to just book a taxi at the little office immediately to the right of the arrivals terminal. Badr was great staying until nearly 1pm by the time we arrived which we super appreciated and his communication was fine. The property is basic but at that price I really couldn't complain. It's clean, has power, hot water and the beds are fine for a night. The design is a little weird for a westerner with the main bedroom having a window onto the lounge but it was totally fine In the morning we talk a walk round about and we felt totally safe and learned a little about local life. Coffee was good at the cafe but no croissants. Overall good value for money and convenient for the airport

Convenient to the airport and great host.

Pros: Location was within walking distance of the airport. Badr was very friendly and helpful and a great communicator. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up and take us to the train station. He let us store our luggage so we didn't have to drag it all over the Canaries. The apartment was well equipped.

Cons: The decor could use some updating.

Great for when you have to get to the airport at 3 a.m.

Pros: The reason to stay here is the proximity to the airport, if you're arriving late or leaving early (as was the case with us). It took us about 10 minutes to get to walk to the airport. The place was clean.

Cons: Options for eating in the neighborhood are very limited but there's a fruit/veg market nearby.
