One night wonder
Pros: The apartment itself was great, clean and modern and comfortable. The pool was empty, maybe because it was January but the weather was still hot. Security guards were very helpful

Fabulous!
Pros: Good communication from the owner, who lives in France, so only able to contact via WhatsApp when we had access to free WiFi. The swimming pool was great, as was the BBQ and the table-tennis table - very enjoyable and lots of family fun. The apartment was clean and provided all the kitchen equipment we needed for a short self-catering break. Great location to explore the new town; seemed to be a few minutes taxi ride from everywhere we wanted to visit.
Cons: Not always taxis outside the gated residential community. We downloaded the In-Drive app through which we could book taxis and agree prices in advance, they would then come and get us - this saved a lot of time walking to find a taxi then haggling in the heat of midday! Not the fault of the property, but the recommended food delivery drivers ‘GOOD Delivery’ were not reliable. Just needed dinner and breakfast before we went shopping on our first full day. Dinner was delivered within an hour and was good, but breakfast was ordered at 9am, sent a polite nudge at 10am, sent another message at 11am then cancelled at 12noon and went out for brunch. No communication at all from the company. If you want food delivery, there are many other delivery companies - don’t use GOOD Delivery - they are not!!!

Pros: Loved the Host, he was very kind and extremely helpful, amazing area, lovely pool, had everything we needed to have a cozyyyy night! Not far from city centre, from supermarket, pool was clean and we were the only ones swimming was just sooo great.
Cons: There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.

Pros: L'appartement était impeccable, tout équipé et décoré avec goût. Résidence sécurisée avec place de stationnement. Un petit coin de paradis à proximité de l'aéroport et du centre ville.

Conveniently close to the airport
Pros: We only stayed one night at this property to catch our early departure flight the next day. Even so, it was a nice apartment with a big backyard and access to community pool. It doesn’t seem far from town so it could easily be a place to stay while visiting Marrakech with a short taxi ride to all major sights in town. Other reviews say the WiFi is bad but we had no issues, it worked fine for the entire stay. The host seems to speak only French so bear that in mind when checking in (we could easily understand her instructions though). We also loved the cats in the neighborhood, they were friendly and came sit with us in the garden. There’s plenty of parking in the community and it’s free as part of the location however to catch a taxi is probably best to use the app to call one as there isn’t many driving by.
Cons: Hot water in the shower stopped working, like all accommodations in Morocco, we were not surprised by it. Also, the bed isn’t very spacious (two people fit but barely).

Pros: Appartement bien équipé, spacieux, et très sécuritaire, Faissal très sympathique et disponible.
Cons: Propreté de la piscine et environnement bruyant en fonction du sens du vent, les décollages peuvent être un sacré réveil matin

Très bon séjour
Pros: Tout était parfait et adapté pour nous. Nous étions 4 , mon mari avec mes 2 enfants, le canapé lit et très pratique + un lit bébé sur place, cuisine équipé comme il faut. Logement propre. Sans oublier l’accueil par Le propriétaire, et sa tante très gentille. Vraiment merci
