Lovely agent, some work to do

Pros: The host's representative was exceptional, the lady not sure her name. The place is large, clean and well located. The cleaning staff were lovely.

Cons: I really would urge the owner to the do the following 1) Please sort the electrics out, some switches do not work, some of the lights are intermittent, 2) please do a deep clean especially in the kitchen, some of the cuboards when you open them are sticky and lack of clearning materials 3) make sure the electrics blinds and windows are working and closing properly. I have stayed in this twice now over an 18 month period and the same problems have not been rectified. If the host wants to maintain a good score some investment must be made.

Pros: Siamo stati molto bene,la struttura era ben organizzata pulita et in ordine.. La posizione è ideale per visitare tutta Marrakech. Non dimentico di ringraziare I responsabile dell accoglienza

Pros: Appartement très propre et bien entretenu. L'hôte a été très disponible et réactif tout au long de notre séjour. Je recommande vivement !

Mt boa casa, mas quente devido à avaria do ar condicionado da sala….

Pros: Localização, a casa que era nova, vista soberba, mt confortável; perto do aeroporto, mas longe do centro. Só se consegue ir de táxi para qq local fora da organização. Excelente apoio dos funcionários da urbanização para ajudar em qq situação.

Cons: Ar condicionado da sala não funciona, ar condicionado do quarto suite escorre água quando ligado algum tempo.

Très bel appartement , bien décoré, propre.

Pros: Les équipements, la propreté des lieux, la piscine

Cons: La Clim du salon ne fonctionne pas correctement
