Top floor, Golf course view, Peaceful

Pros: Peaceful location overlooking golf course, balcony faces northeast - morning sunrise. Walking paths around golf course over 4 plus miles, no traffic. Gated Prestige Jade development with lots of parking-20 minute drive to medina, or nearby Carrefour. Good king size bed with in-suite bath, second bedroom we used as dressing room - both rooms same orientation as balcony. Kitchen small but adequate with window over sink facing west. Club house restaurant O Mammy excellent in adjacent building. Comfortable living room with nice TV - we paired to our laptop tho other options were available. Nasser, a good owner, was very responsive to our questions via whatsapp. We read other reviews on airbnb as this is new on booking. Would recommend especially for a longer stay as it is a good place to have \
