Pros: It was very spacious and clean and comfortable. Samera who works there did an amazing job. She always helped us at any time and was always the most kind and generous person we met on this trip. She always gave us the most helpful tips and solutions. She went out of her way to explain to us where places were as we were lost. Really appreciate it.

Lovely stay, amazing staff

Pros: The rooms were clean and spacious. The Hottub was a lovely addition. Samira made us feel very welcome and helped us with anything we needed. She checked in most days to see if we needed anything or any help booking activities or taxis.

Overall the location and apartment were great. So many shops nearby and apartment was comfortable

Pros: Apartment was very clean and very well worth it with the family as we had 3 children. It had all the basic necessities. Microwave stove fridge freezer cups plates dishes cutlery. Swimming pool was also great kids loved it but the water was cold Samira was very hospitable and gave is us a warm welcome

Cons: Breakfast was good but basic as said on website it’s buffet. however not a lot of options to choose from Swimming pool water was cold

Pros: Upon arrival at the property(which was late in the evening!) we were greeted by friendly staff who couldn’t have been more helpful. The apartment was immaculate, spacious, and had everything we needed for an amazing stay! Our balcony which overlooked the lovely clean pool was the perfect morning and evening place to sit to waken up or unwind after days exploring the beautiful city and surrounding areas. Would highly recommend this apartment in the heart of Gueliz!

Pros: It was a comfortable stay. The location was good, plenty of restaurants close by. The staff didn't all understand English, but with the use of Google they were very welcoming and solved our needs.
