Pros: Excellent spacious apartment ! Special thanks to Mr Hakim and Mariam who went out of their way to sort out and help with any issues we had and always available on the phone. The apartment was as described with easy check in. The fridge was fully stocked with essentials. Good kitchen facility including orange juicer. We even had a bbq and sitting facilities outside. Wifi was good enough for surfing etc and netflix a bonus for the kids. Car required if you need to go to the city centre. Quiet safe location. Local town and supermarkets close by.

Very satisfied

Pros: It’s very comfortable and away from the noise. It’s in a very secured condo of apartments with beautiful gardens. More than plenty of food and drinks in the fridge. Powerful shower and nice bath. Lovely balcony for bbq.

Cons: Would be nice to have a dinning table. You probably need a car to live there as there are no restaurants or shops nearby. But it’s not too big a problem.

Pros: The facilities were excellent, the contact person , Hakim, was very gentle and the location was awesome. Really worth the money.

Cons: It will be even better if the cleaning stuff shows up for a swift cleaning and regular changing of the towels and bed sheets.

Pros: On avait passé un très bon séjour, l’emplacement est top situé à 15 min en voiture de la place Jamaa el fna, y’a un Carrefour et une boulangerie à 5 min. Je tiens à remercier l’hôte qui était très réactif, en effet y’avait beaucoup de moustiques devant la porte ainsi que dans le Riad, un message sur WhatsApp était suffisant pour qu’il envoie une équipe pour les traiter.

Cons: Beaucoup d’insectes mais cela est dû à la verdure et aux arbres situé devant

Pros: Au-delà de l’emplacement, qui est extrêmement agréable pour une famille avec des enfants — à seulement 10-15 minutes du centre de Marrakech — la résidence, surveillée et calme, offre un cadre idéal. Les jardins sont magnifiquement entretenus, et plusieurs piscines sont à disposition, chacune avec un maître-nageur. Le propriétaire est très réactif et nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour nos déplacements à Marrakech. Il est resté disponible à tout moment par message. Quant à l’appartement, il est conforme aux photos en ligne. La porte d’entrée est sécurisée par un code. Ce fut un très beau voyage en famille. Je recommande vivement ce logement !
