Great value, far from medina but good neighbourhood!

Pros: Overall a great stay for the price! Host was nice. location is even tho far from the medina, it is safe and not too busy.

Cons: Even though the place had warming aur con, its still chilly during winter. But its almost everywhere ive been in morocco :) Im not a fan of the bathroom arrangement.

Pros: The apartment was very comfortable and extremely well equipped for a short or or even longer stay. We were a little surprised at the location when we first arrived. This is certainly not the Medina. More like the suburbs where those who pedal the tourist dream by day return to spend time with their families. But once you relax into the particular vibe of this 'quartier populaire' you begin to understand that this is the authentic experience of modern day Morocco, not the illusion they sell you in the winding lanes of the souk.

Cons: It's pretty far from the centre of Marrakech. The key is to take the number 66 bus from the corner of the street which will take you all the way to Jemma el Fna for 4 dirhams. And since it's out towards the beginning of the bus line you will usually get a seat.

The apartment is like a penthouse :)

Pros: The apartment is in the suburbs, in a quiet area. The room is comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. There is wifi, washing machine, air conditioning. It has a large terrace from which you can see the city. Nearby there is a dentist, barber shop, ice cream parlor, bakery and shop. A taxi to the city market will take you for 50-70 (5-7 euros) dirhams. I felt very comfortable here.

Noumane was a great host and always present to attend to our needs, he is always a message away.

Pros: The property was nice, clean and very presentable. All stuff was locally accessible, like food, coffee, fruit etc.

The best place I have ever stayed at

Pros: I walked into this property with little expectations as it was very cheap, however oh my God! Best place i’ve ever stayed in. The host was incredibly kind as well as the owner, the apartment is massive and has everything you might need even shampoo and toothpaste! For my muslim sisters and brothers the apartment comes with a prayer mat and amazing informative books, the owner even allowed me to take one for free. He allowed us to stay extra hours so we wouldn’t be stranded before our flight, there was extra blankets, extra pillows and extra towels, the property is in an amazing location with a pharmacy nearby, a cafe, a bakery and everything you might need. Everything was sparkly clean and it even has a really spacious terrace upstairs that overlooks the city of Marrakech. Honestly one of the best places i have stayed at, cannot recommend it enough. Will definitely be booking this place whenever I’m in Morocco. Thank you so much staff!! Truly amazing place.

Cons: I honestly have no complaints, even had a brand new hair dryer, iron and ironing board!!

Cons: Just don't have enough power sockets, but it's acceptable.

Pros: My trip was absolutely pleasant. The apartment provided all necessary conditions to relax,rest, enjoy and feel comfortable. The value is perfect . Just in 20 minutes the city attractions could be reached only for twenty cents. The apartment is located in quiet safe area with nice bakery in front of it and friendly shop keepers. In my next opportunity to visit this city I will not look for another accomodation. I will come here again. Thank you for nice stay.

Pros: Trygt, ryddig og romslig. Utrolig hyggelig og hjelpsom vert. Fin beliggenhet ellers!

Cons: Litt vanskelig å finne mat i nærområdet (er nok pga ramadan)
