Comfortable and clean riad in a great location within a nice residential complex
Pros: The riad was located in a gated residential complex with restaurants, grocery stores, a pharmacy, an ATM and other services which was very convenient. The place was safe, the complex was kept very clean and it was easy to start the day with a breakfast and end with a dinner just a few steps away from the apartment/riad. The medina walls were just a five minute walk from the residential complex. To reach the Jemaa el Fnaa square was a 30 minute walk through the medina which was a great experience every time. Would definitely recommend walking there and not taking a taxi as the walk itself is the best part. The riad's location just off of the main road made it very was to get to and from in terms of transportation to the airport or being picked up for day trips. The host was available at all times and communicated well which was very nice.
Cons: The layout of the riad was nice and provided enough space for 5 people. However the facilities could use a little maintenance and could have been cleaned a little better. However the place was functional and provided for all our needs. We did not need to cook as we ate out all our meals.

Pros: The owner accommodated us perfectly. I visited with my elderly parents and had a Ryanair late night flight on the way back. She allowed us to do a late check out. She is a very kind person. The riad was huge and very clean. Yousuf also dropped us the key and he is a very polite gentleman. I would definitely would stay in this riad again. Thank you.

Pros: Loved the safe complex, includes, shops, restauranr, salon and taxis on offer outside the complex.
Cons: A bit far to the Medina from there. One shower didn't drain. Otherwise great.

Great clean and spacious luxury place at great location.
Pros: The house is clean, spacious and stone throw away from the big mosque. It can easily fit up to 6 or 7 adult comfortably. It is fit as a luxury condo, and yet at affordable price. The rooftop view is magnificent. Located right in between of area with expensive cafes and local residences back lane, hence you can experience both world. Walking around feeling very safe. By the way, Moroccan are general friendly and warm people.
Cons: The check-in process, that need to notify host time of arrival, at least one hour before arrival. Its difficult when you travelling to inform host what time exactly you will be arriving. Sometime flight can delay, immigration counter crowded, or simply you make unplanned detour on the way. Better to have self check-in, as long as it is within check-in period.

Pros: The apartment was just as in photos, very nice and clean. The rooftop terrace was a nice place to enjoy a coffee in the morning at sunrise.
Cons: Some minor details could be improved. The lights are very dimmed at night. One bedroom had the lightbulb broken, we had to take a lamp from downstairs to have light. I would highly advise to fill in your arrival time. We did not, because we didn't know what time we would get there and because of this the apartment was still in cleaning and we couldn't check in until 6pm. But the cleaning ladies were very nice and did a good job.

Pros: The Riad is not located where it is pinned on Booking.com. Instead it is slightly outside of the Medina in a closed and guarded residential area. This made it a bit further to walk but it was much quieter.
Cons: The blankets are quite thin for winter nights and not all ACs in the rooms work (neither for heating nor cooling).

Pros: Amazing stay, was not expecting it to be so beautiful especially considering the price. Pictures don't do it justice. Staff were incredibly helpful and whole stay was incredible.
