Luxury apartment in the heart of Gueliz

Pros: Very clean, everything available for a perfect stay. The property is located right in the center of gueliz, from there you can walk to carre eden center mall, 5 mintes walk from train station and 10 minutes taxi to medina or airport. Breakfast in the balcony is a must.

Pros: Great place to stay. Quieter but with everything you need close by. Medina 40 mins walk but pleasant. Close to train and bus station. 15 minutes walk .

Pros: This is a very nice apartment. It is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We liked the area and it is easy and cheap to catch a number 16 bus to the medina. We also walked to the train station and Majorelle Gardens. Some may prefer a taxi but it's not too far. There is an excellent supermarket a few doors away. The pool is nice even though the surrounds are poor. It is refreshing to dip, not a place to lounge. You will find a nice new air conditioner. There were problems during our stay, but Hicham was an excellent communicator, and he worked hard to rectify the problem.

Pros: The location was fantastic for the conference I came from and easily accessible to places of interest

Pros: Almost everything: it was clean, had a good value, the host was nice and everything went as planned. The terrace was also a nice bonus, and we found the accomodation close to many of the attractions.

Cons: The internet was worse than expected: unstable connection and we had problems using Google Meets for work. No other complaints besides that.

Lovely secure and clean property away from the madness of Marrakech within walking distance to the centre of Gueliz

Pros: The property was in a good location and you are able to walk to The centre of Gueliz. It was nice and clean and comfortably furnished. There is 24 concierge and security, so it is very safe.

Cons: There is some building work going on next door which means there is some noise in the day if you are in. No more than the external traffic, but people should be aware. Not sure people come to Marrakech for peace and quiet. But there was no disturbance at night. The walls are not sound proof to European standards and if people are loud next door, you will hear them.

The best accommodation in Marrakech.

Pros: Hicham saved our holiday in Marrakech. His apartment is very well located and it has all you need . The area is full of supermarkets, coffee shops, restaurants and a bank machine is near the property. The owner was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. When we come back to Maroc, surely we will come to Hicham' s apartment !

Pros: Excellent flat fully furnished, the location is in the heart of Marrakech, everything is nearby. The flat owner, Hicham, is very kind and available to provide all the explanations. I would highly recommend this flat, and I would definitely return there if I m passing through this nice city.

Pros: It was a nice apartment, equipped with all the amenities may need for a short or long-term stay. Location is Great. Walking Distance from the Railway station and Not far from Old City. Owner Mr Hicham is a very nice person. From the moment of booking till check out he was in touch and follow up if everything is OK.

Relaxing stay in good old Marrakech

Pros: A modern apartment (studio), very safe and solid. The 2 rooms are cosy and tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean and located in the middle of Gueliz. A well equipped bathroom with shower a kitchen with all the the 'mod cons' . The bedroom comes with double bed and fresh linen. The living is comfy has a balcony with sitting area and a view on rue du Draa. There’s a swimming pool downstairs (!) Hicham and Hamza are friendly and welcoming hosts. Supermarket, cafes, restaurants are just around the corner. Bus nr 1 and 12 takes you to the medina. You couldn't find a better place to stay (at this price).
