Friendly staff

Pros: Staff very friendly. Our cleaner always had a smile! (I think her name was saffa? Or sava?)

Cons: On the last night of our stay there was a noisy family and their kids were running up and down the halls for an hour at a time through out the night

Pros: Everything was wonderful at this hotel! The service is excellent, and the reception staff are very kind and always ready to help when needed. The housekeeping team, as well as all the staff, do an amazing job. The hotel is very clean — nothing to complain about. I give it 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Cons: my wife forgot he glasses by the pool, the cleaner found them and handed them to security and one of them made them disappeared

KHADIJA best cleaner room

Pros: My family and I loved our stay, the room was super clean thanks to the cleaner KHADIJA. The location is a bit far from the centre, but by taxi or the indrive app you can get there for about 5-6 €. If you get the flat with kitchen, there is a small shop downstairs that has everything you need. The pools are very good. The pizza restaurant is very good.

Cons: The buffet restaurant of the hotel for 160 DIRHAM per person is not recommended, very little variety.

Pros: The appart-hotel had all the amenities we needed as a group of 5 ,good size pool on site reataurant and spa plus access to amenities at the hotel across the road with a bar and another restaurant

Cons: We had a small issue with a leaky tap but the staff quickly resolved this.
