Brilliant location, great friendly staff and clean property.

Pros: The property is huge. Great for large families. Dining options in the kitchen and the living area. Everything was provided for, it had everything you needed for a home away from home. I loved the sofa in the living room, so comfy and accommodated the whole family for movie and games night.

Cons: Both the bathrooms were extremely tiny considering the size of the property, it was rather disappointing.

Fantastic experience!

Pros: We were upgraded free of charge to a better room, the room was unbelievably nice. The apartment was super spacious, clean, and had great facilities. The kitchen was super modern, the boiler made showering in hot water no problem and the wifi was great. A perfect stay!

Exceptional service and excellent value for money

Pros: The location of the hotel was excellent and brilliant value for money. At night the area is quiet but the hotel was still Close enough to all the major shops and food places In Gueliz. The Apartment was spotless and came with excellent TV service for all international channels and the AC was brilliant. The cleanliness was to be admired and service was brilliant.

Cons: The only draw back to the place was the cramped parking garage but it still fit our SUV

Pros: One of the most beautiful apartments I have visited in Marrakech. The staff are very nice and endlessly helpful. Everything about it is five stars and most importantly, it is cleaner than all the apartments I have visited in ten years. Thanks to everyone who works there, especially the girl whose name is Khawla.

Pros: Everything was excellent , I wish we had more stays there . The decoration, the amenities , the mattress all were excellent . The staff extremely helpful polite and eager to help you in everything

Pros: The apartment was really clean and new. Everything was in the apartment that you ever need from iron to washing machine to full size fridge freezer to washing machine and a 75inch tv!!! Khaula front of house was so good and so helpful. I think she made the stay ever so special. She is an assist to the owners. 5* star for her for every single department. Thankyou for such a good service. Welldone you deserve the praise.

Pros: The staff were very helpful especially Khawla who was very welcoming and ready to answer any questions. Khawla made our stay stress free and is a good representative of the hotel.

A great place to stay with a family.

Pros: First of all the staff was amazing. They would go out of their way to help you. The rooms were very neat and clean. Everything looked very new. The area is very nice. I will definitely rebook when in Merrakesh.

Cons: The water leaks through the shower doors onto the floor. But I see that with every hotel we stayed in Morocco. That might be common in Morocco but if you’re traveling from the USA, it seems really odd.

Pros: big apartment, very comfortable, beds, kitchen, TV and fast internet

Pros: Nice and clean. Great restaurants close by. Nice breakfast. Reception staff lovely
