Pros: Very comfortable apartment and friendly and helpful staff. Very nice gardens and swimming pool. Great place as a base.

Pros: The place was clean, spacious, and exactly as shown in the photos. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended we would definitely come back!

Pros: We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The place is very clean and the pool is well-maintained. The hotel staff – Nawal, Rashid, and Sukayna – were all excellent: helpful, friendly, and attentive to all our needs, including doing laundry for us, which we really appreciated. The food was fresh, hot, and cooked on-site. The apartment itself was extremely spacious, with a beautifully designed balcony and air conditioning in every room, including the living room. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom, and the furniture was modern and comfortable. There’s a large shopping mall about 10 minutes away by car, with everything you could need. The hotel is in a secluded area, which added a feeling of safety and peace. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it, especially for families.

Cons: Towels weren’t replaced daily unless specifically requested, and even then, there seemed to be a shortage, so we had to wait for some to dry. Kitchen utensils were provided only in the exact number of people staying – no extras. No basic items in the kitchen like salt, sugar, tea, or coffee. Trash bins had no liners, which attracted ants.

Pros: The garden was absolutely beautiful and the swimming pool was lovely! The apartment was really big with a lovely balcony, lots of seating areas and two bathrooms. The whole place was stunning. Negatives: the apartment was beautifully furnished but some things were a little tired or broken and the kitchen wasn’t well equipped for preparing any means. It would also have been so nice to have some water, hand soap, maybe tea and coffee - these things make a big difference to comfort levels if provided.
