Pros: The common areas are very spacious, comfortable and very beautiful. The living room has got lots of sofa, cushions, there is a kitchen on the roof accessible at all times with a gas stove, fridge, dishes, etc. Hot shower. The stuff is amazing. They helped me to purchase affordable internet right at the hotel.

Pros: Amazing location. Big rooms. Friendly staff. Clean toilets
Cons: Rooms are not that clean. Insects present. I got new body allergies everyday sleeping. Will bring my own sheets next time.

Pros: It’s was super close to the square 6minut walk to the center of the Medina was super nice the guy who worked ther is nice and friendly had good talks with them
Cons: After our first 3night we went desert tour and checked out for couple days 3days later we booked again same hotel same room they told us ther was a problem with the room they wher painting it and it was not dry/ready for us. So they gave us option to cancel whole booking or book a room up for 30€ and move to our booked room when ready we did this. Next day we went down and moved to the exact same room and it was not cleaned our stuff we left 3days ago was still ther under the bed and the room was not painted soo not sure but we got no answer

Pros: The best thing is the staff they are very friendly.
Cons: The place is beautiful; it just needs a few improvements in the room and bathroom, and perhaps changing the bed sheet and pillow, as they seem a little old.

Good price for a private room. I stayed a week else than expected.
Pros: I initially booked 1 week, but as my room was in the basement, and it was super fresh, I decided to stay 1 week longer. I had a cheap private room without the need for a fan or A/C. I also booked the 2-night desert tour with the hostel, and they stored my bags and didn't charge for the night that I were out in the desert camp. It was a very good deal!. The staff is so friendly, and Mustafa is very well-versed in English and Spanish.
Cons: As others say, ask in advance for the location on WhatsApp; this way, you'll get the right place the first time. Don't get pranked by taxis if they want to leave you at the Bahia Palace's entrance; the streets are tight, but they can leave you in front of the hostel's entrance without issues. Krokoaches in the kitchen, as in every place in Morocco. They also don't take out the trash so often, so it can become smelly. You just need to ensure to wash all the dishes and kitchen utensils before and after use, that's the way I did, and I was already aware of that by reading other reviews, so I hope you find it useful The desert camp wasn't the best one, but that's completely apart. A couple of gals that came with me in the same tour bus, reserved with another agency for the same price, and got better amenities.

Pros: This was the first place we stayed on arrival. The staff were so friendly with my kids, helpful overall that we actually changed other bookings to come back to this place between visits outside Marrakech. For example we were told, no problem, when we asked to leave our bags there when we went on the 3 day desert tour. It's hard to describe, but their helpfullness and friendliness was more than good service and it felt sad to say goodbye.I wish each of them the best of luck for their futures. We were there in June-July - hot! But in our room we were always comfortable, never hot. The roof terrace was a big plus! At that time of year it is too hot on the terrace during the day, but absolutely amazing in the night! It has a better view over the city than many other places and we made it a little tradition to go buy fruit in town, store it in the common fridge in the rooftop kitchen and enjoy it on the terrace in the evenings, playing cards. That will definitely be missed!
