The riad is very cozy and worth recommending.
Pros: A very nice and clean riad. Parking is close by. There's a pool on the terrace. The service was very friendly.
Cons: There is a leaking shower faucet in the bathroom.

Pros: Honest review of a family visiting Morroco for the first time. The Riad experience is nice but just not for us. The place itself was lovely and kept very clean, the housekeeper was there every morning with breakfast and to tidy around the communal areas.. The people around are nice and we never felt uncomfortable or in any kind of danger no matter the time of day or night - the only danger was dodging motorcycles flying past. Overall it was a pleasant experience but it was definitely a culture shock to us. If you like the traditional Morrocan experience, this is for sure the place for you.
Cons: Our booking promised airport transfers and 1hr massage per adult. We managed to get our transfers arranged despite some resistance but they refused to honour the massage citing an error on Booking.com's listing. I was quite unhappy with this because it was one of the reasons we booked this Riad specifically. Breakfast could be improved as it was pretty much just egg (cooked how you wanted it), bread, jam, cheese triangles, coffee and juice. We stayed there for 7 nights and was provided with the same thing every morning. Maybe if we asked for something different, they would have obliged. We are quite a private family so having the owners come in and out as they please to drop items off, clean around us, or to fix things was a bit of a shock to us - I'm not sure if this is normal for the Riad experience but my children did not like it and locked themselves in their rooms when they came in. The area it is in is pretty run down, with narrow, dark streets, but it is the old town so we didn't expect a modern surroundings. The people around are nice and we never felt uncomfortable or in any kind of danger no matter the time of day or night - the only danger was dodging motorcycles flying past. The beds were a little uncomfortable. Having to to pay cash for the property caused a bit of an issue as I couldn't withdraw that kind of cash in a foreign ATM and then arranging an international bank transfer was even more complicated but I got there in the end.

Lovely Riad, great location.
Pros: Location was excellent. Easy walk towards the square and medina. Breakfast was okay, mainly baguette, eggs and juice from a carton.
Cons: Showers no power at all. Water was nice and hot but no force in shower was like a drip. Also recommended putting a brick line to avoid the water going everywhere. Breakfast can be improved.

Overall a beautiful stay
Pros: Absolutely beautiful Riad, modern with a cultural and traditional touch. Perfect layout for a family with a pool on the terrace. All bedrooms are ensuite.. A lovely family run riad, Achraf was very attentive and on hand whenever we needed. Fully fitted kitchen and a lovely housekeeper who despite the language barrier attended to our needs and made a lovely breakfast everyday. Bedrooms all have air conditioning. Although location is good, it is a good 20-25 minute walk to the Jema alFena market square which can be hard in hot weather however to the left of the Riad is a main road where taxis are easily available so getting about is not a problem at all. All the places we went to were no more than a 10-15 minute drive so in that sense the location was pretty good. We used to go for a lovely stroll in the evenings through the local streets where there are some impressive eateries aswel. Shops literally on the doorstep.
Cons: There are a couple of very nice and cosy lounging areas with a Smart TV however it was too hot to actually sit and enjoy so we felt restricted to the bedrooms where there was AC. Some of the larger shower heads didnt work however the smaller shower heads did the job.

Lovely place to stay for my group's first night in Marrakesh
Pros: The host was kind and quick to respond to questions. Check in went smoothly and the transfer from the airport to the Riad was much appreciated.
Cons: The bathroom light in one of the guest rooms did not work and there was blood droplets on one of the other bedroom's bed linens.

Nice house with nice decor
Pros: Very spacious accommodation with nice decor and a good breakfast. Ghita was extremely friendly and helpful
Cons: The water pressure in the shower was very low. The heating worked well in the bedrooms; however, there was no heater in the living room. Only cash was accepted for the payment, which does not match with payment methods described in the booking.com
