A fantastic stay

Pros: Villa Naciri is as beautiful in reality as the photos suggest! The housekeeping staff were fantastic and incredibly kind to our children who loved seeing them every day. Check in and check out ran smoothly, and we had good communication from the host and the property manager.

Pros: We had a fantastic experience at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The amenities were top-notch, offering comfort and convenience throughout, and the staff went above and beyond with their excellent service. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, making our time there truly enjoyable and stress-free.

Pros: The space is so massive, the furniture is epic and the layout as well is something to experience again. The house keepers were so nice and warm.

Cons: The house was cold most times and the WiFi was not steady.

We all had a great time and would definitely return to Marrakesh and to the same villa.

Pros: Villa was beautifully clean. Large rooms. 11 of us stayed and we didn’t feel over crowded. Staff were lovely and helpful despite the language barrier.

Cons: We struggled with transport and only got to grips with end as our holiday came to an end. It would be helpful if host had an information pack with information of taxi service, places to eat etc.

Great villa, they could improve on their kindness towards guests.

Pros: The villa was really great, exceeded expectations! They also helped organise a driver throughout our time in Marrakech which made things so much easier for us. They're also ready to help with any activity bookings you may need - we didn't need this as we'd already sorted our things out with a different concierge. The cleaning staff were incredible - there was a language barrier but they were extremely kind to us always.

Cons: The breakfast was the same everyday so it got mundane after day 2 and we became disinterested for the duration. The house manager was a bit rude to us and we found ourselves hounded for money quite often, with endless calls and text messages.

Pros: Beautiful property, it was lovely and spacious. Spotlessly clean. The staff were amazing and the manager of the property was always very prompt with responding to messages of something was required. I would highly reccomend this property.

Cons: WiFi was very weak, water pressure was very weak when multiple showers were being used at the same time. The swimming pool was only cleaned the day after we arrived which meant the children needed to wait to get in.

Pros: Wir haben von 2 reizenden Damen ein tolles Frühstück bekommen. Frische gebratene Eier und Crepe, Marmelade, Croissants, Baguette und frischgepressten Oragensaft und vieles mehr. Danach haben sie jeden Tag unsere Zimmer gemacht....Da wir einige Golfspieler dabei hatten war die Lage ein Traum direkt an Loch 7 und im Hintergrund den Atlas.

Cons: Wir waren im Januar dort und es war bei unserer Ankunft ziemlich kalt. Man hätte ein paar Tage vorher einheizen können.

Pros: Prachtige villa heerlijk ruim elke slaapkamer eigen badkamer behalve de slaapkamer in de keuken beneden. Heerlijk grote tuin en zwembad goede zwembad filter Heerlijk genoten !

Cons: Kreeg niet elke dag/elke 2 dagen schonen handdoeken we waren met best veel mensen dus er was niet voldoende voorraad moest wachten tot housekeeping deze eerst gewassen had. Hierom had housekeeping onze gebruikte handdoeken terug gehangen in de badkamer achteraf zag ik dat ie vies was. Voorraad handdoeken van minimaal 4 grote handdoeken 3 kleine ipv 2 om 2 was beter geweest Let op informatie de hamam is alleen tegen betaling te gebruiken dat was achteraf ook heel jammer Verder was alles perfect

Pros: La piscine +un grand jardin très grand salon et des chambres (suites)spacieuses et le personnel étaient formidables. Merci beaucoup à Abdel, Saidia et Fatimazahra
