Best choice, highly recommend

Pros: The place was very nice and very good value for money. The place is guarded 24/7 and only residents can enter so it is very safe. The host was very helpful, gave good advice, helped with printing our plane tickets and was very responsive. I would recommend this to anyone, much better than any other stay in the city center where it is very busy and loud.

Great Villa But Very Unclean and Had Cockroaches & Spiders

Pros: The Villa itself is amazing with lots of space, multiple bathrooms, private swimming pool and also a rooftop sitting area.

Cons: When we arrived, the Villa had not been cleaned properly or at all by the the looks of it. There were big cockraoches in the master bedroom and many spiders and bugs across the Villa.

Pros: This was just exceptional and would recommend everyone. Axel was very accommodating and went over and beyond in making the experience absolutely amazing. I have travelled the world but this has been the best experience ever.

Cons: There was nothing that we can comment on. Everything was just perfect.

Pros: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette splendide villa, parfaitement agencée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût et d’attention aux détails. Spacieuse, lumineuse grâce à ses grandes baies vitrées, moderne et luxueuse, elle offre tout le confort nécessaire, avec une literie très agréable et une superbe piscine qui fait la différence. Le quartier est calme et situé dans une résidence surveillée, ce qui ajoute à la sérénité du lieu. Merci encore Axel pour ton accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Pros: La sécurité renforcée avec un agent de sécurité qui contrôle les arrivées. La vue et la décoration des lieux étaient juste magnifique. L’accueil réservé par nos hôtes étaient géniales. Très à l’écoute, gentils et disponible 24/24h.

Pros: Franchement tout était clean le gérant des lieux est très accueillant et sait prendre soin de sa clientèle sans parler de la villa sans vis à vis avec un super mobilier récent.

Pros: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Le propriétaire est vraiment au top ! La villa est incroyablement propre, spacieuse et magnifique, exactement comme sur les photos, voire mieux. Le propriétaire est très à l’écoute, réactif et bienveillant, toujours disponible pour rendre le séjour parfait. On se sent comme chez soi dès l’arrivée. Je recommande fortement cette villa, c’est sans aucun doute la meilleure de Marrakech ! 🌴✨
