Comfortable location

Pros: Awesome location, easy to reach main sightseeings. Beds were cosy, heaters were in each room which made it comfortable to sleep (February). Wifi worked fine. It was clean, in the morning the lady made breakfast which was simple and basic.

Cons: Take your time to find the place.

Pros: We loved the location and cozyness of the Riad. Close to old town center and all the sights. The breakfast was delicious and there was something for everyone.

Cons: Wish the heating would be on when we arrrived at 11 pm on the cold winter night. Almost froze the first night, because of the low temperatures outside and inside the Riad.

Pros: The riad looks very good, it was clean and spacious. We had a great breakfast included. The location is also great.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful riad.

Pros: The property was amazing. Beautifully decorated with lots of space. The location was good with places to eat only steps away as well as the main sights all within walking distance. There was a little supermarket close by as well as a street market. The roof space was a great place to relax and escape the busy street. The breakfasts were fabulous, cooked daily by Wafa who was lovely.

Cons: The only negative was the communication before and trying to find the place as there was no name on the door, only a number. We were early so that may have affected things but having more directions 24hrs in advance would be good. However, a quick WhatsApp video call sorted the problem.

Our stay in Marrakech was just great. The road is clean and located in a calm Derb. Definitely a place to go

Pros: The Riad was amazing! Super cosy nice decoration and great place to stay. The housekeeper was very nice and the agency is vey reactive in case of questions .

Stunning property and great location.

Pros: This accomodation was fabulous. A lot of stairs to navigate the four levels but beautiful space and retreat from the streets of Marrakech. Waffa (staff) presented a beautiful breakfast every morning and Saber (property connection) was great and prompt to assist.

Cons: We had 8 authorities turn up one day and demand entry into the property to check documents and validation of property. It was all okay and Saber responded promptly, however quite stressful in a foreign environment with the language barrier. 3 of the 8 authorities ended up entering the premises and searching the property but thankfully they left without further issue.

Beautiful Riad

Pros: We had an amazing time at Riad Zatiah. Confortable beds, clean and very spacious.

Cons: Nothing bad apart from WiFi.

Pros: Absolutely everything, we travel a lot and this was genuinely one of the best bookings I've ever made in booking.com.

Cons: Would love to add something here as a heads up to other travelers , but to be honest everything was perfect.

Beautiful, relaxing, lots of space, clean.

Pros: The riad was beautiful, spacious, clean and felt like our own private oasis. As it is situated off the main roads, it was nice and quiet. We didn’t find it hard to locate, as the communication from the property team was really useful. They were really helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast made each morning by the maid was amazing and really added that special touch to our stay. We really enjoyed having the terrace - we tended to leave the riad early to go and explore, then come back late afternoon and soak up the rays, which was really nice. We were so impressed, the whole group said they would 100% book again. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Cons: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like! Most of the rooms did not have a private door for the separate toilet - but we were aware of this before booking. Nothing to complain about!

Pros: The host was very accommodating in arriving with the keys on time.

Cons: The address is not accurate when typed into maps. I appreciate that all maps app find it difficult to pin point locations but I would have appreciated an image of the alleyway and description of how to get to the front door.
