Amazing!

Pros: Absolutely amazing location! We had everything that we needed as a family and our host Aziz was very kind and helpful at all times. Strongly recommend!

Mixed but perfectly adequate, good value.

Pros: Lovely secure spacious villa. Owner gave us a crate of bottled water on arrival which was much appreciated after our journey. Decent sized fridge/freezer. Carrefour Express, ATMs, good restaurants 5 min walk away (Bd Mohamed VI), lot of construction/development going on. 15 min safe walk to Medina area with lots to see and do, 2 min to new McDonald's. 5 basic double bedrooms: 4 on 1st floor with 2 en-suite shower rooms and 1 shared shower room, 1 bedroom on ground floor next to kitchen, not en-suite but toilet next door. Comfy clean beds. Very cold at night so get the fluffy blankets ready.

Cons: No rooftop furniture. We took patio chairs up from ground floor which was a bit of hassle. It would've been so nice to have chairs, table and loungers up there. Great for watching sunrise over mountains and beautiful golden sunsets. Adequate kitchen facilities but no mugs/cups, only 6 tiny espresso cups. We bought mugs from the market. Plenty glasses and crockery. Quite noisy area with a lot of construction work going on, dogs barking overnight and low-flying planes - earplugs helped! Lots of stray cats & dogs that didn't bother us at all. Lovely large open plan living area but only 6 dining chairs for some reason. Extra stools were provided though. We didn't spend a lot of time in the villa, mainly to sleep, so perfectly adequate.

Pros: The host warmly welcomed us upon arrival and handed us the keys. He was extremely helpful throughout our stay, always available to assist with anything we needed. The villa's location is ideal—close to all major tourist attractions, yet set in a peaceful and quiet area, perfect for relaxation. The pool was spotless and a real highlight of the property. It's fully enclosed, offering complete privacy, which makes it especially suitable for Muslim women who wish to swim comfortably without concern. The villa itself was very spacious and well laid out. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and there are two additional bathrooms—one upstairs and one downstairs—making it very convenient for larger groups or families. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

Pros: Really good money for value! Much more nicer in real life than in the photos. Aziz was super helpful and nice, went above and beyond. Everyone was very happy with there stay.

Amazing and beautiful

Pros: Host Mr Aziz was amazing and helped me with taxi from airport and arranged transportation for travel towards Agadir. He welcomed us with amazing Moroccan tea and snacks. Was always available on the phone

Cons: Some taxi drivers couldn’t managed to find the address.

Big family/friends don’t hesitate to book!

Pros: Family of 9, it was big enough for us all to eat and enjoy together but also spacious enough for teens to have space away from adults without disturbing one another. WIFI excellent throughout the property and NETFLIX! Location was great, not too far from main square, 4 min drive or 25 min walk. Nice cafes and shops available within a few mins walk. The pool, heated only by the sun, well maintained and really an added luxury. And, the rooftop, best sunset views!! Aziz really brought the Moroccan hospitality with -on arrival- a huge box of Moroccan sweets and the best mint tea!!!

Pros: It's was so clean and lovely. Really nice for family with kids or couple who wants to relax. And everything is nearby

Pros: Nice, spacious, clean and beautiful property. Matched with the description. Very helpful host. He was there for any help to make the staying comfortable. Swimming pool was a gem and make a good use of it.

Mycket bra hus och område!

Pros: Vår stora familj fick sköta oss själva i det stora huset. När vi behövde något kontaktade vi värden som snabbt fixade mer toalettpapper, fler handukar m.m. Området är lugnt och skönt. Några husbyggen pågick i närheten men det störde inte nämnvärt. Promenadavståndet (25 minuter) till in till Medina uppskattades och det ännu kortare avståndet (8 min) till matbutik och restauranger.

Cons: Trots att huset hade tio bäddplatser (en av oss sov på en soffa) fanns bara 6 stolar vid matsalsbordet. Flygplatsen ligger nära och man kunde givetvis höra planen lyfta. Detta störde egentligen bara på tidiga morgnar när man lätt vaknade av ljudet. Poolen var inte uppvärmd, men vi hade räknat med att den passar mer för vinterbadsvana simmare. Det var faktiskt riktigt kallt i poolen i februari.
