Riad ART DE VIVRE avec Jacuzzi

Quiet, comfortable, traditional Riad.

Pros: Beautiful private Riad, Franck and Fatima couldn't do enough for us and were available to answer any questions. Beds were very comfy and plenty of hot water. It was far enough away from the hassle and bustle to be nice and quiet but only a 10 minute walk to the main souks.

Cons: The hot tub took a day and a half to warm up sufficiently but was lovely once hot. Some of the shower heads didn't stay up and kept falling off. These are minor details and didn't spoil our stay.

Wonderful stay and Franck and the ladies that made breakfast were very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Breakfast was lovely and close to Markets but tranquil while in riad.

Pros: The Riad villa was superb, it catered for the group very well and Franck was extremely helpful and cheerful. Helped us locate a shorted walk to and from villa.

Cons: There’s a little walk to and from villa but it ended up being a 3 min walk so it was great. All was good

Comfortable.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities we needed were provided. The location made it easy to explore the area, and the host was responsive.

Cons: The access road leading to the property was very narrow and unfortunately had an unpleasant smell.

Everything was fantastic from Riad, location, food, safety, communication.

Pros: Frank arranged our taxi at the airport which was great knowing they would take us straight there, without hassle. Frank is really helpful on arrival and is contactable throughout the stay which is also great. We requested breakfast on our first morning which was lovely and Fatima arranged everything. Overall, a very smooth and chilled out Riad to be in. Loved it. The hot tub is an added bonus.

Cons: Can't think of anything we didn't like.

Pros: Well appointed property with ensuite in every bedroom. Very good amenities and facilities

Cons: Parking was not nearby and very expensive

Pros: The location was very good, the riad very comfortable, we loved the jacuzzi

Pros: If you want Marrakech- the traditional way you should reserve a riad. And Riad Art de Vivre is one of the best choice you have and I tell you why. First of all the communication went perfect; they offered us a transfer from the airport near the riad and there we meet the owner a very friendly and helpful person. The riad was on a narrow alley but they said that there will not be any problem with the security(and there weren't even at midnight). The rooms look bigger on the photos but we didn't complain about that because all the riad was ours for 4 days. The main attraction is the terrace with a nice view to the Koutoubia and also the jacuzzi who was perfect after the long days. I also recommend M Bacha Restaurant closest restaurant to the riad. Thank you for everything and can't wait to meet you again!

Pros: Very friendly host. Close to most visisted places.
