Riad Agan Exclusive with New Heated Pool and Breakfast included

Pros: Beautiful Riad. Great location as it's handy for the airport and just 10 minutes walk from the Medina.

Great breakfast and location.

Pros: The breakfast each day was different and delicious. She was an amazing cook and very nice. The host was very helpful and responsive when looking for the Riad. We were a bit turned around. The location was great. There was an amazing coffee shop down the street and very close to little shops and a pharmacy. Our family had a wonderful time staying here.

Pros: The house helper was nice, always willing to help by translating using her phone. Breakfast was good, though it's the same food unless you tell them. Spacious and cleaned every day. Very accessible to the square, which was so great.

Cons: The TV has not been working since February, according to the reviews, and management has not done anything despite guests bringing it to their attention. They promised to come and no one turned up. So we kept ourselves entertained by playing cards for 7 days we stayed there as a family of 7.

Amazing! Will be back

Pros: Breakfast was great! amazing variety that was freshly made everyday by Raja who was so lovely. The villa was exactly like the pictures. The location is amazing. Will definitely be back!

Cons: The WiFi kept dropping in and out a few time which wasn’t great, not too much of a problem as we were out most of the day. I do love the layout of the rooms, I think it would be nice to have a curtain to separate the bathroom from the bedroom

Pros: The space roof top breakfast it was fab we loved our time there the gentleman that met us There was also amazing and very helpful. Breakfast was amazing and it was clean and tidy so happy with our stay

Incredible riad for a wonderful weekend

Pros: What a wonderful 3 nights. We loved our stay and will be back. Clean tidy and exceptional housekeeper who really looked after us. Cabbot recommend it enough. It is a little loud at night but it was expected. Walking distance to the centre. You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderfull and beyond expectation

Pros: Rajah made our stay wonderful. So kind and so helpful It was clean the breakfast was great. The location was perfect walking distance to Jemma el Fenaa and other place. Next year will be back. Thanks for the nice stay at youre riad.

Cons: The pool wad not a real pool but more a bubbelbath

Pros: Excellent stay Riad was clean and each room was en-suite. TV needs to be fixed so guests can log into Netflix.

Fabulous property, location, breakfast and very clean. Property management needs improving.

Pros: The property was beautiful and in a fantastic location. The Riad is well equipped and the rooms are all of a good size and very comfortable. Water pressure is a little low and it does take some time for hot water to come through, but it will eventually. Aleisa (not sure if that is spelt correctly) came in daily to make us breakfast and tidy the Riad. The breakfast was incredible with a huge amount of choice and freshly made everyday, she was really great during our stay. The roof terrace is a great space to chill out in the sun with a nice seating area and beds to lay on. There is a good choice of small take away service areas just a short walk away if you fancy a night in instead of heading out for restaurants as well as some small convenience stores close by for daily essentials. There is a large Carrefour supermarket around 30 minute walk away which sells everything you might need including a downstairs Cave alcohol area if you so wish.

Cons: As mentioned above the water pressure was not great and also the electric upstairs tripped off a few times when pressing certain light switches either on the ground floor or first floor landing area. Not a major hassle as the fuse box is at the top of the fist flight of stairs and could be easily reset. The only real issue we had during our stay was with the TV controller that looked like it had been thrown against a wall or something. Now to be fair we don't go on vacation to watch TV so we did not really miss it but what was annoying was no matter how many times we reported this, nothing changed during our stay. Whoever as on the WhatsApp chat kept trying to say at 11pm at night 'i am on my way to look at it' instead of just replacing it during the day. it is not about it being broke, the only thing that annoyed us was the way the issue was dealt with or more the lack of it being dealt with. it was the only negative of the whole trip. property management is key in any business function and this should be improved by the owner / manager. A very small disappointment to what was a fantastic property.
