Hospitality exceptional

Pros: We have been here 2 times and the hospitality by the staff is exceptional. The location is abit far from the city centre but you won't regret staying here. It's spacious ans peaceful. This is ideal for a family. The pool is kept clean at all times and cleaners come everyday. I love it.

Cons: The breakfast is always good however there's no variation. We rented two houses and where there were 3 adults only 1 omelette was sent. It's only when we informed them on the 4th day , that this changed. The houses are deteriorating a little since we were here in 2023. May need a bit of a maintenance.

Pros: This Villa couldn't have been any better, it really is very beautiful. I had such a great time and was treated so well, Isham is a very great host, he even welcomed us with gifts. If you're visiting Marrakesh then you have to book this villa. Pictures don't do enough justice. Solid 10/10

Perfect accommodation

Pros: Amazing throughout the entire place, so clean, pool is perfect and outside area lovely to soak up the sun. We had an amazing time, the cleaners come daily and are absolutely wonderful, breakfast is good, the tv even has sports channels & streaming services! All the staff are brilliant throughout, we will return to Marrakech & stay here again for sure.

Amazing accommodation

Pros: Staff were so friendly and attentive. The property was cleaned everyday. Breakfast served on time and communication via what's app excellent. Fulfilled our requests. We loved it.

Cons: Location 15/20 mins from new Marrakech and the square (medina) however this was our personal choice. It may not be suitable if you are looking to move alot. We took private taxi everywhere so for us it was perfect and convenient.

Pros: Staff was really nice, delicious breakfast, clean and confortable.

Our stay was fantastic, they made it really enjoyable and helped us with any information we needed.

Pros: The owner Ghita was really helpful when my son was not feeling well. She brought medicine for us and also asked if we needed a doctor. This was really kind and showed us their amazing hospitality.

Cons: Every thing was of great standard can’t fault anything

Very enjoyable holiday, thanks to the lovely host and the driver/tour guide they arranged.

Pros: The host arranged taxi for airport pick up. They welcomed us at the property. We arrived 2 hours earlier to check in time. They were very kind to accommodate us in another villa until our rooms were ready. They were very flexible with the breakfast timings as it was Ramadan. The host was always available on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The rooms were exceptional, cleaners would come everyday to clean the kitchen and rest of the rooms. The driver also was a tour guide, Hassan was exceptional, always available on WhatsApp to plan the tours, very flexible to accommodate the family’s needs. I would recommend Hassan for anyone visiting Marakkesh.

Cons: The property was slightly remotely located, no good areas nearby to walk to.
