Amazing Riad to stay that adds to the holiday relaxation and enjoyment!

Pros: Everything, staying in this Riad must have been part of the reason i fell in love with Marrakesh :) . the service was amazing pre arrival (arranging transport) , on arrival (tea and biscuits), during the stay where room was amazing and it really feels like home and secure and after departure (where they kept my luggage and let me come back in the evening to work from dining room while waiting for late flight) For me, the service was so great that it felt like accommodation plus a personal butler service. Loved the breakfast on the roof terrace in the morning which was amazing and tranquil and a great start of the day. Normally I stay in Hotels but would definitely recommend this Riad over any hotel

A beautiful hidden hotel with all the charm of Morocco

Pros: A beautiful hotel, hidden behind a wall but close enough to walk into the city

Cons: Having to leave, I would like to have stayed longer

Pros: Size of room. Helpfulness of staff. Style of the building.

Cons: Room description said there was a separate sofa bed but the sofa was sponge cushions on stone tiles.

Pros: Nice location away from medina which is a 30 minute walk. The staff at the Riad were excellent and helpful in every way with information and taxi arrangement. We were staying for a week and kindly gave us an upgrade to a beautiful suite.

Cons: Gardens were a little smaller than expected.

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast was very good Rooms very lovely and clean and loved the traditional decor

Great last minute stay to enjoy Marrakech as a family

Pros: Beautiful House, authentic and quiet. A short walk to Gueliz centre and all its restaurants. Breakfast was great. Small pool but lovely to freshen up. We had an extra bed in the chambre étoile which was great for our 5y old. 50 dhm to taxi to the medina.

Cons: Gps sent us the wrong way, tricky to find. Not a lot of plugs in the room.

Pros: Amazing experience! We spent a few days at this hotel and were delighted at every turn. The service was extremely polite and helpful, fulfilling our requests with a smile on their face. The rooms are spacious, clean and tastefully decorated, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable - a real comfort after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfasts were plentiful and varied, and the restaurant serves delicious dishes at the highest level. A huge advantage of the hotel is its location - close to the most important attractions of the city, and at the same time in a quiet and peaceful area, which is conducive to relaxation. We will definitely come back at the next opportunity! We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, high standard of service and a nice atmosphere.

A beautiful experience

Pros: The hotel views were stunning. The staff were very helpful and treated us very well. Breakfast was laid out and brought to us. A very luxurious experience.

INCREDIBLE STAFF, BEAUTIFUL RIAD, FAB POOL, WOULD COME AGAIN

Pros: Traditional Moroccan architecture, the outside pool was amazing with the weather we had, the staff were EXCEPTIONAL!! The location was perfect for us, close the the restaurants we needed, near enough to the medina and get cabs, would defo come back here!
