Excellent Hotel, ok location

Pros: Extremely helpful staff, they went out of their way to assist - clear five star standard

Cons: Be warned the parking is nearby not at the hotel, be sure to use their dedicated driver to move your vehicle

A special stay in Marrakesh

Pros: This large riad property is beautiful and historical yet intimate and quiet. The richness of design detail made me sometimes gasp in admiration. The decoration of various common rooms and bedrooms have been organically put together by the previous owners’ passion for African art and design and preserved by the current owners. But what sets the hotel apart from other beautiful riads in Marrakesh is the staff. I couldn’t pick one out as all went out of their way to make my stay special. Rooms are spacious and have good WiFi (the internet in Morocco is simply not usable). Beds are comfortable. There is a working fireplace in the rooms for those cold winter nights. The pools are heated. Breakfast is great, a mix of Moroccan and Western choices with enough variety to not be too repetitive if staying longer.

Cons: I was disappointed with dinner at the hotel’s restaurant. I understand why they have to charge what they do but unfortunately the quality of the food served does not justify the price.

Serene and tasteful

Pros: Beautiful authentic villa. Everything in the best taste.

Cons: Breakfast was a little formal, although in particular the granola and yoghurt was delicious. The area immediately outside the hotel was not great, but it's not far to the centre.

Pros: Everything!! From the facilities, the room, the service, the attention to details. This place is a gem, it’s an oasis in Marrakech

Pros: It was like a real oasis in the bustling city, gorgeous rooms, clean, beautiful gardens, lovely long pool, evocative aromas - perfect!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff

We had a great time and we would stay there again

Pros: Breakfast selection was extensive. Staff were very accommodating even when we were late. The porter was very helpful especially with advice on taxi fares. Overall, the staff were simply wonderful and the pool area was serene and comfortable.

Cons: Nothing that I can find fault with.

Gorgeous hotel with attentive stuff

Pros: Absolutely gorgeous! Luxurious, secluded, beautiful riad. Facilities are drop dead gorgeous with many nooks and patios. Very attentive stuff, who helped us book in advance all restaurants and activities in Marrakech. Rooms were beautiful, clean, beds comfortable. I wish bathrooms had better light, but it was the only thing that was not ideal. Excellent place for romantic holiday or special occasion trip.
