Brilliant riad to stay at

Pros: Abdul is a fantastic host; very friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. He's also honest when mentioning the exchange rate was 12 MAD to £ as opposed to being ripped off in the UK by Eurochange. The room was very clean and comfortable and in a fantastic location - a stonethrow from the lively souks and main square.

Cons: Very noisy on the first night

EXCELLENT

Pros: My opinion is a 10 for all services: the friendly check-in staff, the cleanliness, the very clean and white sheets, the quality towels, the hairdryer that works very well, the excellent air conditioning, and the kettle and coffee maker with coffee and tea. The breakfast is varied and good. It's a 2-minute walk from Jemaa el-Fna square, which has a great atmosphere and is the starting point for the typical streets of Marrakech, where there are no cars, only a few motorbikes, and where you can buy souvenirs. Even though the hotel is 2 minutes away, it's very quiet and safe. The reception staff were very friendly. And the Wi-Fi was excellent.

Cons: I liked everything.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Riad Chami The location is perfect—right in the heart of the souks, making it easy to explore everything on foot. The facilities were exceptionally clean and well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. A special thank you to Abdul and the rest of the staff, who were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The breakfast each morning was delicious and beautifully presented, a lovely way to start the day. They also arranged our airport taxi seamlessly, which took all the stress out of travelling.

Pros: Really nice staff, pretty riad and amazing location

Pros: Great location to access attractions, history, places to eat. Staff at the Riad Chami we're amazing: friendly, helpful and gave good recommedations as to where to eat and visit. They were reliable and made us feel welcome as it was our first trip to Morocco

Cons: On arrival Marrakech was so loud with lots of traffic but the hotel is set in a quiet street. At night the music from the main square can't be heard.

An enjoyable stay!

Pros: We were told on arrival at a sister Riad that we were not at Riad Cahmi due to works being done. This sister property was also nice. Comfortable stay and central location. Tariq was an excellent host.

Cons: The only improvement could be that the breakfast was repetitive and more variation would be appreciated by guests.

Pros: The position was great, the new structure and most of all the staff with Abdul as great host. He welcomed us with mint tea near the pool and waited us at 6 am on our last day to say goodbye.

Pros: Very nice stuff, great breakfast on the rooftop! The room was small, but clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, offered everything we needed. The riad is beautiful and authentic. Very close to the loud square, if you want to, but very quiet inside.

Cons: Thin walls, neighbours were a bit loud.

Warm and welcoming reception. Very comfortable, beautiful room.

Pros: Location was perfect for walking to the medina square and for getting access to transport for my airport transfer. Tea and delightful pastries were served on arrival - so appreciated. Delicious packed breakfast was provided as I checked out earlier than when breakfast was served. This hotel is a true gem.

Cons: Rooms are not very sound proof at night but, in a riad, it’s probably to be expected.
