Riad Nasreen

Wonderful staff and fantastic location; a very warm welcome

Pros: The staff were fantastic - always helpful, lots of suggestions and good advice. The terrace and courtyard were mini oases in the sun and early evening. The quiet calm of the riad was perfect for us.

Cons: There wasn’t a restaurant operating within the riad for lunch and dinner times. However, breakfasts, which were included, were delicious and pre-ordering off a set menu was available if you wanted to stay in. The riad was within a 8 minute walking distance to a few restaurants so the location was good.

Perfect 4 night stay at the beautiful Riad Nasreen

Pros: We loved everything here. Beautiful Riad and the room we had was stunning. We ate dinner here and the food was delicious. Breakfast was perfect and there was plenty of it! The staff were so polite and hard working,always checking how we are. Mohamed and Sabir are both very gentle,charming and kind young men who made us always feel so welcome.

Cons: Nothing. This is a beautiful well run Riad.

Pros: Riad Nasreen is located in a very central area, with everything close by and plenty of dining options nearby. The breakfast was freshly prepared each day, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful — especially Habib and Sabir, who were particularly supportive throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time there.

Cons: I would like to bring one matter to the managers’ attention regarding the hot water supply. While hot water may not always be considered essential locally, your riad welcomes guests from all over the world, many of whom expect consistent hot water. It would be greatly appreciated if hot water could be made available at all times for guests’ comfort.

Riad Nasreen was perfect, it was the authentic Marrakesh experience we wanted thankful and grateful we chose so well

Cons: We didn’t dislike anything about the property

Pros: The staff at this Riad were exceptional. Especially Mr Habib and Ms Rita who made sure we were well informed and felt comfortable. We could count on them at any time. They also helped us enormously during a minor crisis when our daughter fell ill. A beautiful Riad and beautiful people - we definitely recomend it.

Perfect!

Pros: What an incredible hotel! We felt so well looked after by the staff! This is a little oasis in the heart of Marrakesh. Centrally located, amazing roof top and pool and incredible breakfasts. No complaints :)

A very nice traditional hotel in the heart of the city.

Pros: Location great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, comfortable large rooms.

Cons: The spa facilities were not the best.

Comfortable, friendly staff, nice chilled out place to stay.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable and warm. The room was spacious. Roof terrace was nice to chill out on. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good.

Cons: The shower took 5-10 mins to heat up and one time it didn’t and there was no hot water. The pressure also was a bit rubbish. Other than that, I can’t complain.

A super base to explore Marrakech with very considerate staff

Pros: The location is fantastic - close to places like Dar el Bacha and a super base to explore Marrakech. The staff were very kind and thoughtful, going so far as to arrange a chauffeur for me one evening and to walk me down to the car both on that evening and on the morning of my departure. The breakfast every day was an absolute feast, and the rooftop couches were a peaceful spot to enjoy the sunsets and evening breezes. The room was a little small, but this was not a problem as I was out every day. The bathroom was well stocked and had very nice products. The place was spotless.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was great.
