Kindness Restful Comfortable

Pros: The staff are super friendly and helpful. The bunkbed in my dormitory was comfortable and spacious. WIFI was good. The Shower was hot. Toilets were Clean and stocked with Loo Roll And most importantly I felt safe. Thank you Kasbah Red Castel!

Cons: I have no complaints. Thank you!

Very affordable place in a center of Marrakesh.

Excellent location, very helpful staff and overall great holidays

Pros: The staff is superbly helpful and friendly. They helped me to sort out taxi, SIM card so I can use internet, printed out my return ticket, advised me where to exchange money, allocated me lower bunk bed as requested. They are so respectful and approachable. The location is just top notch, I cannot imagine better location to stay: very close to the airport, literally next to food stores and in walking distance to major attractions, famous markets and pick up for organised trips. There is also a roof too with plenty of spaces for everyone to stay. I will return to stay they again.

Cons: I would preferred if the blankets were also washed, at least the lighter ones. There is no kitchen to cook but they offer amazing value breakfast and they are happy to let you use their cutlery and plates.

Enjoyable stay in a friendly welcoming hostel in a great location

Pros: Manager was excellent, helpful & friendly & when there was a temporary wifi issue he solved it on the spot.

Cons: I think they should offer a credit card payment option for tax, excursions etc

Nice rooftop

Pros: Spacious property with nice rooftop. Though the kitchen was private, they let me borrow some utensils and plates.

Cons: It would be nice if we had access to the kitchen in addition the communal fridge.

Nice turtles, fair price

Pros: It was great, Abdul was very kind! I was scared at first to visit Marocco alone, but on the second day I got used quickly to the ambient. Recommend it, specially for the price. It is a very fair price for the service. There are 2 turtles also, which is nice

Pros: Welcoming and friendly staff. There is always someone to help you anytime you need assistance. Special thanks to Abdul who's sense of humour and light-hearted jokes made our entire trip relaxed and pleasant. The hostel is located in good neighbourhood. Good breakfast and rooftop terrace. A great value for money

Excellent stay

Pros: The staff is very welcoming and the excurtions offered are real good value for money. Highly recommend. Spacious common areas and excellent cheap breakfast

Pros: Staff were really nice and friendly and made me feel at home. They were always checking in on how you were doing and trying to find ways to help. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Pros: Cheap and good located, there is always everyone to help you and talk with! And the breakfast is super cheap and delicious!

Cons: There are no proper bedsheets, and it was a bit cold in the rooms (I think it could've been expected in January, but still)
