We would return again, if we could. It was a complete pleasure to be there.

Pros: Everything. Pascal, the owner communicated very well with us, and sent us detailed information about the house and the area. Very helpful. The house keeper, Aïcha, keeps everything in tip top order. And prepared a delicious Couscous Royale for us. Highly recommended. The whole duplex is tastefully furnished, with wonderful art on the walls. It is a pleasure to stay there.

Cons: As older people we found the lack of a handrail on parts of the stairs quite intimidating. Be aware of this if you have any difficulties with climbing stairs. However in Morocco, steep, shiny-tiled staircases are to be expected.

Great stay at Marrakech. One feels at home all the time!

Pros: LE 21 is great. Everything was as expected and as shown in the pictures. Extremely comfortable and cozy place to stay in Marrakech. One feels like at home all the time. Pascal was always reachable by WhatsApp for questions and support. We had a great stay and we would stay again if we come back to Marrakech. Aicha, the lady taking care of us was very friendly and taking care of our needs.

Cons: Not a big issue, but would be best if Aicha would also talk English (only French). Nevertheless great will to comunicate and we managed with google translate and help from Pascal or our guide. The music from the restaurant across the street can be a bit loud at times, but not a big issue. We slept like babies :)

It was a nice experience

Pros: Nice, cosy, very clean appartment, quite close to the old town,great hamman experience inside. Many thanks to Aisha for wonderful breakfasts and all the care.Julien is a wonderful host,very polite,a very nice person,gave us usefull advices,made all the reservations we needed.Thank you and if we come back,we will come ro you for sure.

Great house, great location

Pros: A beautiful, stylish and spacious house with nice terraces and a shaded jacuzzi. The best and simplest room safe I’ve seen and very good and easy to use air conditioning in the bedrooms- handy to block any noise.

Cons: The breakfast olives were not good ones. A “no room service required “ sign for the bedrooms would be handy for privacy and to save having to unmake the bed etc each day so it’s usable.

Great place and Host extraordinaire

Pros: Fantastic location,. Plenty of room, very nicely furnished, and fully equipped. Great place! Above all, fantastic host in Julien. The best and most helpful host who went over and above to help us with fantastic recommendations and arrangements for dining, as well as special desert adventure trip. Best host we ever had in all our stays with Bookling.Com

Pros: Would highly recommend. The owner is very helpful and the location is great. And in better weather the roof terrace would have been perfect for a break away from the hustle and bustle of the medina. Just very friendly and very easy and very safe place to stay.

Exceptional property

Pros: Breakfast is served fresh everyday by the host, we were served some local fresh bread with some jams and other toppings, together with Moroccan tea, coffee and fresh orange juice

Cons: We stayed quite long, and the breakfast could be a bit boring after some days. It would be perhaps good to change the breakfast menu after 3 days. Despite just 3 minutes walk from the Medina, the property itself is very secure and secluded, especially if you're upstairs. But sometimes the streets can get very noisy and the noise is very strong in the bedrooms.

Excellent base to visit Marrakesh & kind hosts

Pros: Our second stay was as good as ours first Very comfortable and tastefully decorated house Amazing location for access to the Medina Our hosts, Julien’s kindness and assistance, and Aisha’s excellent breakfast & looking after the place (thank you both again for a most enjoyable stay)

Perfect for groups or families

Pros: Amazing location and meticulously designed duplex. We really enjoyed our stay and Julien (Host) was super helpful giving options and recommendations for Marrakech. Highly recommend
