Pros: We felt warmly welcomed from the moment Oussama met us, took us to the property, served us with mint tea and gave us a tour of the Riad, making us feel completely at home. Both Oussama and Fatima were exceptional throughout our stay — kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Oussama even took us to a local shopping area he recommended, which was such so kind. Breakfast on the rooftop each morning was a real highlight — delicious food and a lovely start to the day. We left feeling relaxed and very grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Highly recommended!

Cons: The only drawback was the temperature of the pool as it was too cold to swim in.

Marrakech is full of contrasts - the buzzing (literally) souk and bling bling high society night life…just great to know

Pros: Spacious living and sleeping rooms - wonderful rooftop. Authentic breakfasts, with plenty of food options and good variety. Caring staff - Oussama Leila under the guidance of Elena - proposing sound advice and helpful tips.

Cons: Nothing really.

We had a very nice, quiet stay .

Pros: We liked everything in Riad Rossi. From the message how to get there from the airport, to the excellent service by Oussama and Leila, who made breakfast everyday and cleaned the rooms every day , everything went smooth and with great trust. Also the service by giving us the whatsapp number to call a taxi that arrives in minutes is very nice. The location is near the medina. When we come back to Marrakech, it will be in Riad Rossi !

Cons: I can not mention any disadvantage.

Incredible stay!

Pros: Amazing private Riad, huge space with so many beautiful spaces to relax. Decor and finishes are great. The staff were so helpful and attentive and made our stay so comfortable. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Magical Stay in a beautiful Riad accommodated by the most incredible host.

Pros: Wow, wow wow what can I say this is such a beautiful hidden gem the whole place was so beautifully decorated so warm and inviting. It felt like a real home in the middle of a medina. We just loved everything about our stay. The bedrooms were fantastically proportioned. Lots of space and the beds were comfortable and we had an excellent nights sleep. The staff were what made this place magical. The cook, our guide and our helpers made this entire trip seamless. The owner of this place is just a super host. Nothing was too much. Bravo Helen. You made Marrakech magical for us and we will be eternally grateful.

All in all a lovely place, very well located. Nice rooms and hosts. Add a bit more service.

Pros: Liked the location and house, many great features, nice rooms etc. Pool was nice, but crazy cold. The host was friendly - but we didn't really understand if any of them lived in the house or not. That would have been nice to know. Lovely breakfast at the terrace.

Cons: The breakfast was nice, could have felt a bit more luxurious with easy wins such as cut-up fruit. There was also a leakage in one of the rooms so it smelled a lot moist and mold. They hosts did what they could by removing fabric close to it and put in a heater. But that should have been fixed before our arrival. Could also care for a bit more hosting with things like serving some tea and fruits in the afternoon. Also easy wins.

Exceptional stay!

Pros: Exceptional stay. Ossama + Fahia were absolutely brilliant, so kind and helpful, and went out of their way to ensure that we were well looked after. The pictures do not do this property justice, it’s huge and so beautiful — I’d highly recommend this property to everyone. The host Helen was also fab, she was super communicative and provided us with great recommendations. A really stunning property!
