Pros: I have selected this particular place for two reasons. I wanted to get a bit of local vibe, not a standard apartment. And yes, this house on the outskirts of Marrakesh does have a Marocan charm to it and we did like it very much. We had a car so it was not a problem to drive in and out of Marrakesh to reach the place. The second reason why I have chosen this house were opinions about the host. And they were correct. We did not meet him in person, but we had a very good communication with him via whatsup. He explained everything to us and offered help during our stay in Marrakesh as well as for the rest of our journey in Morroco should we have any questions or problems. As for the house itself we liked the space, two separate bedrooms which had AC so we could actually heat them up, which is not an obvious thing in Morroco. There was a fire place that we could use and the wood was provided as well. The wifi was working well.

Cons: Well, it was cold. OK it was winter, yes the AC could heat up the bedrooms, but rest of the place was hard to bear. At the same time is was not possible to use the electric heater in the living area and AC in the bedrooms as the electric fuses would go out. It also happened when we put on elecrtic kettle, while AC was on. So I do recommend to the host to handle this issue. Unfortunately the fire place will not heat the house and it would simply be much nicer in the winter if it was a bit warmer inside. But on the other hand I realize that we went in the coldest period so if you travel during warmer times this will not be an issue.

Pros: excellent place, host was excellent,, really comfy place, amazing garden, safe family type of place,, just outside the tourist riff riff, 2 amazing food places nearby with traditional morrocan food

Cons: the only recommendation would be a ventilation for for the bathroom, it needs an extractor, other than that, maybe trim the garden a little

Pros: We have travelled and stayed in many locations around the world. The host of this property is without a doubt, the best, most helpful and most courteous we have ever known. Mouad helped from landing in Marrakech to departure (and even checked that we got home safely!). He hosted us on some amazing tours, allowing us to see parts of Morocco that we would not otherwise have seen. The breakfast, prepared by Mouad, was excellent. This property is exceptional value for money. I really could not recommend him and the property any more. An absolute star!!

Cons: There is nothing that we didn't like, but be aware that the property is rural and 30-40 minutes outside of central Marrakech.

A truly personalised Moroccan experience

Pros: The property is exactly as advertised. Located in a typical Moroccan village with easy access to busses into the Medina. The host Mouad is an exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable young man who could not do enough to help make our stay so good. He escorted us into the Medina and on several excursions. Mouad’s knowledge, contacts and friendly manner made our stay so much more than a visit. We left Morocco with knowledge and wonderful experiences. Thank you Mouad.

Pros: Every need was catered for! Great location, all amenities including clean showers, fire place, cooker, garden space, fast WiFi, air con. Host always on hand and delicious breakfast. Definitely recommend, will book again.

Pros: It is a beautiful traditional and authentic place where you can feel the Moroccan atmosphere. Mouad hosted us fantastically, he was very helpful and shared with us his knowledge of the region. The breakfast was also delicious. We recommend this place with all our hearts. We felt here like at home.😍

Pros: Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The hosts were talkative and welcoming, they chatted with us for an hour and offered tea. The house is pretty and well decorated.

Cons: It could be cleaner, you could see dust in many surfaces.

Pros: The service was Great 😊 and the breakfast also nice 👍🏼 The guy on the reception was very nice and help us for anything. I will come from switzerland again very nice Hotel Like 1001 Nights ❤️❤️❤️

Great value and excellent service

Pros: The property is clean, beautifully decorated and good value. There is also fast internet and a shop nearby for water etc.
