Riad 111 & Spa

Such a gem of a host!

Pros: From the very beginning, Sufyane was incredibly friendly, responsive and genuinely eager to help us in any way possible. He helped us arrange taxis, printed our boarding passes, and even sent us daily recommendations with links to places to visit, which made our stay completely stress-free. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, and felt like a peaceful oasis. The breakfasts were delicious, fresh, and a perfect start to each day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend staying here.

Cons: Bit sketchy neighborhood, daily prayer at 5am next door would wake us up at night

Pros: Beautiful building, nice big room with comfy beds and well kept facilities. Staff was super helpful and extra polite. Extra points for being able to park pretty much in front of the riad even by being really close to the souks and inside the medina. Lovely terrace too. Highly recommended.

Cons: There is no spa on site like they say on the name but they are able to get it sorted for you in case you wanted.

Everything is possible at Riad 111!

Pros: A truly magical stay in the heart of Sidi Mimoun. The Riad is a stunning, peaceful oasis away from the Medina’s hustle. A huge thanks to the manager, Sufiyane, who is a legend—incredibly welcoming, sharp-witted, and genuinely attentive. He makes you feel like you’re staying with a friend rather than at a hotel. (And yes, he even knows his Latin!). We can highly recommend the hammam!

Cons: Having to leave!

Pros: Sufyane is a great host, nice and helpful. Riad is beautiful and clean, breakfasts was tasty. Great Bakery 1 minute from Riad.

Cons: Be careful about neighbourhood, and listen to host advices.

Peaceful after a busy day

Pros: We had the best host! We travel as a family with young children and Sufyane was really kind with them and made us all feel very welcome and comfortable. The central medina is an easy walk away and there are lots of great places to eat within a five minute walk. Breakfast was delicious and the riad itself is a beautiful place to spend time and relax after a busy day out and about. A beautiful place to stay in an incredible city.

Pros: Staff were very helpful and informative about what to do when in the busy areas, advised on the tourist traps and areas to avoid. Sufyane made sure we had some breakfast even though we were leaving earlier than the usual time.

Pros: Our host Sufyane was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Always happy to answer our questions and nothing was too much for him. He made our stay!

Pros: The location was 15 mins away by walk from the Ben Youssef Medresa and it was an easy walk. Our host Sufyan was really nice and helpfull. If you have any questions and problems he can solve them all. I would definitely recommend the place
