Pros: Friendly host, beautifully decorated place, nice and quiet.

Pros: Very quite and beautiful riad. Not overcrowded and with very warm staff. Totally recommend this place.

Lovely Riad in a great location

Pros: Everyone at the Riad was super friendly and helpful. The location was great (we walked to all the main tourist places, and it's really close to Le Jardin Secret, Souks and Ben Youssef). The breakfast was lovely too (kept us going until mid-afternoon).

Cons: We liked everything about the Riad and would stay there again. Booking.com review question asks what we didn't like, which is a tough question to answer for this Riad! The only thing we came up with was that the mattress was a bit harder than we are used to (which is a personal thing as some people like a firm mattress), but that didn't spoil the trip or experience. So, overall no negatives.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Clean and tidy riad. At first the street was scary, but we quickly got used to it. Houssan was fantastic! He always waited for us with delicious breakfast and dinner! I recommend it to everyone!

Wonderful stay in the heart of the old town

Pros: The riad is perfectly located in the centre of the old town. Despite the hustle and bustle outside, the riad itself is incredibly quiet and feels like a peaceful, secluded retreat. The staff: Houssam, Abdul, and the wonderful ladies in the kitchen, were exceptionally attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I was unwell during my stay, and their concern and care felt genuinely heartfelt, which made a huge difference. The riad was immaculately clean throughout, and the tea served here was honestly the best I had during my trip. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Pros: Stepping in from the rough streets of the Medina, through the plain black wooden you enter what I can only describe as a dream. The riad is beautiful! It is enchanting extremely well presented and comfortable. Staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast each day was different and delicious. A little Narnia away from the chaos and craziness of the centre of Marrakech.

Cons: The original description said there was a bar available, unfortunately this was not true and it was a long walk and taxi drive to anywhere that would serve a glass of wine with your meal. If this is important to you then maybe think of another hotel. Lack of facilities to use credit cards can also cause some issues.

Pros: Friendly staff who went out of their way to help us. The hotel was charming and the food excellent.

Cons: NO BAR ...Booking.com advertised that there was a bar. Had to take a taxis to have our 40th wedding anniversary meal. Another issue hotel does not take credit cards. As most restaurants in that area don't take cards either it makes eating in hotel didficult too. Leading to more taxis to restaura nts outside of medina.

Comfortable clean

Pros: Breakfast was amazing! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even packed a takeaway breakfast since we were going on a tour early the next day. Quiet escape from the busy souks

Cons: Nothing! We arrived in the dark so it was a bit hard to find - but completely normal for riads

Beautiful Riad in the heart of the Medina.

Pros: Beautiful Riad, an oasis tucked away in the heart of the Medina. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated.
